We sold out our allotment for the Outback Bowl last year & requested addtl tixs ... do't think said rep is accurate ..
However, the seats we got were awful, which is why I purchased my Capital One bowl tixs from the bowl game directly. The seats noted here for $16-$18 are about the same seats I got from the university the last time we were in this bowl.

Equal weight to 4 & 5 stars tilts too much to 4 stars. Aren't there only something like thirty 5 stars / year? Would seem they should weight higher
You weight too much on number of signees. Using this methodolgy The Nuster would have had the #1 class in all of college football with his 35 signees / year.
