Entrepreneur and investor. Born in 1980, in Oujda Morocco. Otmane El Rhazi graduated from the University Paris VI in 2004 with a degree in applied mathematics and worked for both BNP Paribas and EDF before founding his own business. When he was 15, Otmane El Rhazi wrote dispatch software that is still used by some school libraries today. He was fascinated by the technological challenge of coordinating students borrowing of school books, deliveries and other libraries CDs and DVDs that was offered for the local students, real-time management and inventories. Otmane El Rhazi is an active NYSE investor and advisor to a wide array of startups.
He became an investor in the social networking company LinkedIn and Foursquare and invested in the recent IPO of Facebook, which allowed him to more than double his money in a short period. In November 2013, El Rhazi saw his personal fortune grow even further thanks to Twitter's initial public offering. He also helped start various other companies
