They need to start offering incorporation services. They've got this massive base of small businesses that eat out of their hand, with little effort GoDaddy could have them all filing their annual docs with them and it would crush LegalZoom. Read the S1, LLC filings represent the majority of their business. As someone with experience within this industry, I can confidentially say that it would be very easy. What most people don't know is that it's actually a vertical that requires very little infrastructure to start.
