Did you know that over 97% of your thoughts are negative? That's huge!According to Pam Ragland of Have Anything, in the average adult 97.4% of your thoughts are self-limiting (or negative). Most of these negative thoughts are in your subconscious, so you may not even be aware of them.Since 95% of what we do is by habit, and since so many of our thoughts are negative, can you see why it's so hard for most people to make changes?

A vision board is a great tool for activating the law of attraction by keeping your goals and dreams in front of you at all times. It's also a great way to keep your thoughts positive, or to change negative thoughts to positive thoughts.Basically, a vision board is a visual representation of your goals. It is a collage of the things you want in your life.

You need to create a squeeze page where the ONE AND ONLY purpose of this squeeze page is to get visitors to give you their email address in exchange for the Freebie you give away.

When you’re just getting started, you’re NOT going to be able to build a high converting squeeze page right off the bat.

This is totally fine. The most important thing is to just create that first squeeze page and tweak it along the way to make it better. In other words, we’re NOT aiming for sky high conversion for our first squeeze page and instead we’re looking for INCREMENTAL improvements.

List building techniques – there is no doubt that you’ve seen and heard it time and time again that “the money is in the list”. While that statement is only partially true (the REAL statement should be “the money is in the RELATIONSHIP with the list”), you should, nevertheless, start building your own list if you haven’t started doing so yet.

Carefully pull the entire battery pack forward to remove it, and set it aside. Do not dispose of a spent or broken battery pack, but instead return it to the nearest Toshiba dealer. Additionally, do not store the battery in direct sunlight, heat, or near metallic objects. Instead, keep it in a cool, dry place where it is not likely to be punctured or crushed in any way.

Depending on the model of laptop you own, there will be different guidelines to follow for replacing your battery. Please consult you user’s manual before installing a new laptop battery for specific directions.

So if your 312-0416 battery doesn’t have the lifespan it once had, maybe it’s time to switch it out.

Everyone needs time to recharge their batteries on occasion. But for laptops to run optimally, they need to change them. Most laptop manufacturer’s suggest swapping out your laptop battery about every two years, which is largely dependent upon how much the battery is used. To get full value out of your power source, be sure to keep in mind the following guidelines before making the switch.

In order to remove the battery, save anything you’re working on and turn the laptop off. Make sure the Power indicator is off before proceeding. Remove any and all cables attached to the laptop and turn it over so that the back of the computer faces you. Slide the battery’s locking latch to the ‘unlocked’ position, and slide the release latch to free the battery.

I wish that I would’ve transferred to a different instrument. I was looking at the music123 site today. I like that it solves multiple problems especially with the Learn to Play music tools. The instruments often come in packages including a case but also with manuals. My favorite part of the site was the Cash Out section. Trade-in options are also available which I hadn’t heard about now but it would work well in my situation. This means that I may be able to trade the gear that I can’t play anymore into something that I can actually play. Have you either lost or revived any hobbies since you got sick?

I have had to sacrifice a lot of hobbies just because fibromyalgia so oftentimes is all about survival. However, losing hobbies also means a loss of self. I think that most hobbies can be modified. For instance, I used to play violin before I got sick. However, I was too tired to go to lessons or play in an orchestra. Plus, my fingers wouldn’t move that way anymore.

The first motivation killer is a lack of confidence. When this happens to me, it’s usually because I’m focusing entirely on what I want and neglecting what I already have. When you only think about what you want, your mind creates explanations for why you aren’t getting it. This creates negative thoughts. Past failures, bad breaks, and personal weaknesses dominate your mind. You become jealous of your competitors and start making excuses for why you can’t succeed. In this state, you tend to make a bad impression, assume the worst about others, and lose self confidence.

Often times, these people resort to counselors to help them. I had a course Marketing while in College and one thing we learnt was that, consumers may not take action unless you ask them to. When someone is confused, the right photo can brighten up their life. I could recall an experience I had with Amazon. When the kindle Fire was released and started selling, in had no intentions of buying it. But when I came to Amazon, the mere sight of those lovely kindle fire photos caused me to flip out my credit card and place order immediately.

Researchers from the Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation at Queensland University in Brisbane, Australia, recruited 58 overweight people (19 men and 39 women) to complete a 12-week exercise program designed to burn 500 calories per session, five days a week. The exercise—performed on the treadmill, stationary bike, or step or rowing machine—was supervised in the lab and adjusted to make sure each participant continued to burn 500 calories per session as the study progressed. Before working out, the participants ate a fixed breakfast specifically designed for each of them, and answered questions about their appetite and, after breakfast, about their satiety. They ate whatever they wanted for lunch and dinner, and tracked their total calories for each day.

t know if you ever thought about it but the most potent factor in any business is time.  No matter what your field of endeavor, it takes time to do the tasks associated with making it a success. In blogging or any other business, productive time equals success whereas wasted time equals lost revenue.  But you must find a balance between doing the work necessary to build a business and still have time to enjoy the fruits of your labor.  If you spend all your time building your business so you will have the resources to enjoy life, what have you accomplished if you don’t have time left to enjoy it?

It might seem obvious, but it never hurts to re-emphasize the importance of personal discreetness online. Personal addresses, financial information, phone numbers, and other sensitive information should never be revealed on a public profile (or written on walls, tweeted, or even privately messaged). And while Twitter and Facebook location trackers are all the rage right now, think twice about broadcasting that information — you never know who is waiting for you to leave your home.

Don’t believe us?In 2008, Reuters announced that social media sites had overtaken porn as the number one Internet search. Since April 2010, Twitter has gained forty million users, and Facebook reached its 500 million member marker this past July. And 57% of Internet users visited a social networking site in 2010.Unfortunately, our increased access to others across the Web also means increased risk of exploitation. Here are a few tips for social media security that  social networking fiends should probably take advantage of: They’re everywhere (especially on Facebook): games, music, dining, book, film apps, location apps and they’re certainly tempting. But just because someone sends you an invitation to participate in an app doesn’t mean you have to accept it. Remember that accepting an app gives third-party developers access to your personal information. You can scan Facebook’s list of applications for reviews, tips, and warnings about applications that might generate spam in your account.

How long do you think you’ll stay in business. Also, some of the biggest web companies have disappeared or faded into the woodwork. This can happen to Facebook. If Facebook craters or they decide to change their model, what will happen to your website. Don’t forget when Google changed their algorithm what happened to the page rank of thousands of websites and the negative impact it had on revenue generation for all those owners.

Build your website and make it the foundation or home base of your web thrust. Then use social media sites like Facebook and Twitter and all the rest of them as outposts to spread your reach outwards.

Social Media sites like Facebook and Twitter and all the rest are being stormed upon by marketers who use the draw of 500 million users as an excuse to convince their clients that there is potential for increasing brand awareness and pushing out content to these poor unsuspecting potential customers. What should be happening is that companies should be spending their time listening to the pitter patter on the sites and trying to understand what the customers want as opposed to trying to push more stuff out at them. Let us agree that it is fairly simple to build a Facebook page, but remember that your website is the equivalent of the reception room in your company headquarters or the storefront of your retail business. Would you build a great billboard to bring clients to your uncompleted or your as yet not started storefront. Yes people will notice your Facebook page like they’ll notice the billboard and you’ll possibly get great online visibility. They’ll still want to visit your website to validate your existence and you’ll be non-existent.

The reality of controlling your reputation online basically boils down to one thing – doing ethical business on the internet and tracking what others are saying about you.

Check your website hourly and filter all feeds into one RSS Reader for time and efficiency in monitoring. Also track your message boards and forums consistently. All of this may seem like a lot of work, but it’s not an option if you truly want to protect your online reputation.

Finally, accept the inevitable bad review but be proactive about directly addressing the concern. Leaving it unmanaged could damage your stellar reputation. Therefore, do what you have to do as a business to keep your reputation spotless and professional at all time.

An increased emphasis will be placed on building an engaged community as opposed to simply amassing numbers. This means community managers must energize their community members as well as engage members for a variety of things like product development, market research, and special product discounts, to name a few.

Community building and management is all about people, content, and consistency. This tactic will be widely adopted in 2012 and will become an integral part of community management.

Businesses had in the past put lot of emphasis on the somewhat superficial numbers like number of Facebook fans without taking into account the quality of that fan acquired. What we’ll see instead in 2012 is businesses focusing more on profitability and a laser-sharp ROI focus when it comes to Facebook contests, Facebook ads, and Facebook only promotion.

Businesses will also realize that there is more to Facebook than measuring a linear conversion path from a fan to a paid customer. Marketers will be open to measure non-linear path of ROI measurement like creating Facebook-only promos to drive offline traffic. Retailers are a classic example, where lots of buzz and Facebook-only promotions will be done to drive foot traffic into retail stores. Besides large retailers, we’ll see an increasing number of small and medium-sized businesses adopt this strategy.
