Texas A&M is without a doubt the fiercest rival of Texas. Don't kid me Keith.. I lived in Austin for a few years a whole ago. There is not nearly as much hate toward OU and there is toward A&M. Both schools have 50,000 students and families and relatives are split up in the state of Texas of which school they attend. Both schools are near carbon copies in academic prestige. OU is not in the same ballpark as A&M and Texas academically. You must me a Walmart Texas fan. Aggies and Longhorns work together all the time. There is not nearly the familarity with OU. Sure, the OU games have been exciting the past 10 years, but if you look at the big picture, you are absolutely kidding yourself. This is yet another example of UT fan's amazing arrogance.

I am really looking forward to seeing the Aggies in the SEC. Their fanbase and traditions are second to none. Living in Texas for a years, I was amazed to experience A&M's school spirit in my first visit to Kyle Field. As a neutral Georgia alumn, I was quickly to pick my favorite-the Aggies. The Aggie fan base is truly a gem, I am so happy they are joining the SEC and I can't wait to come down to College Station again for a game. The arrogance from Longhorn fans was ridiculous.

I think they are a really great fit for the SEC after all. A very quality addition.
