@deleted_1895823_Pearl@kiki100 You wouldn't know because you DIDN'T READ A BOOK AT ALL! You don't even know what is in it. Do you even know the name of his book? It sounds to me like you are speaking from ignorance. I have the book, and have read the book and have listened to more than several hours of Mr. Fuller's interviews. So I KNOW you are speaking ignorantly. But it isn't a necessity to remain that way. As long as White Supremacy exists, no black person can be a "black" Supremacists. If there were "black Supremacy" whatever that WOULD BE, White Supremacy could not exist. You cannot have two different forms of supremacy at the same time. One would negate the other. Follow the logic.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl it seems that you DID waste your time drawing a CONCLUSION without accurate information. Again, until you understand Racism, WHAT it is and HOW it works, what you think you understand will only serve to confuse you. And Mr. Fuller is NOT a "black supremacist" no such thing exists as no black person dominates, rules over or subjugates any other person because they are not black. Mr. Fuller.. is a very logical man and you can learn a TON from him. But again. faith over logic. I don't turn a deaf ear to something because I don't like the way it sounds.. It is NEVER a waste of time to learn something that you don't already know. THAT is how you get to the TRUTH, asking questions and listening to and evaluating the answers. :)

@eugeniaberg @deleted_1895823_Pearl@EliseYMason My intentions are not to "Attack " anyone. I am speaking nothing but facts. My family members are Christians. i used to be one. That doesn't negate the fact that there are many illogical beliefs promoted in Christianity ( whether they are from Paul or the Pulpit) that do factor in to bad choices that black females who are Christians take. Even the belief that you can be celibate as a ministry (Paul's admonition for a widow to stay single).. you won't find that value or ideology ANYWHERE else but in HIS writing. The Hebrews did not value being alone and without a partner and considered marriage and multiplication a MITVOH OR good deed/commandment. No one was sitting around waiting for a husband to fall out of the sky. Marriage were even arranged at an early age.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl@kiki100 Please tell me WHAT DO YOU KNOW about Neely Fuller Jr.? Have you read his book? Who told you that he was a "black supremacist'? and what IS a "black supremacist'? Eh..okay.. taking someone ELSE's OPINION about someone else is not a behavior that I would resort to to reach a conclusion either. That is not a method that should be trusted.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl I think you will find abusive men EVERYWHERE.. religious or not. I have no idea if Islam or the Kuran condone it though. i am not Muslim..but I also see some insecure males use the writings of Paul to attempt to dominate and subjugate females. I often wonder what Paul would have done to Deborah, the judge/ Prophetess of Israel.. like, would he have told her "Shut up!" you are a female, I don't care if you are a judge. you are supposed to be SILENT!" lol. Beating your spouse is wrong. I never saw the creator condone that in the Torah.. haven't seen it in the NT and haven't heard it in the Kuran.. but again, I am not Muslim.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl I know you don't understand it and it isn't something that can be laid out in short commentary form like this because it has to be laid out historically and with examples in the present. I do think it's necessary to go back over that subject though, so once I am able to put together something more comprehensive, I will let you know and send yo the link okay? So that you understand why I say that with examples. I agree with you, JC or Yeshu would not have been a European as the Hebrew people were black people .They were not the people from Europe referring to themselves as "Jews" today and even the Talmudic Sages of the first century and onward say the same in the Talmud.

I was raised a Christian as well and I was CERTAINLY subjected to and fed White Supremacy (Racism) in ALL areas of people activity 1) education,2) Entertainment, 3) Labor, 4) law 5) Politics, 6) Religion, 7) Sex and 8) War and Economics! ..how you managed to escape being subjected to that in any area is fascinating and miraculous.. I can't turn on radio or tv without being exposed to it.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl@EliseYMason How can everyone "have their own truth?" are you saying that TRUTH is subjective? So if my Truth is that there is no god, and yours is that their IS.. what on EARTH is the truth? The Truth can be deduced by the logic. If what someone holds as TRUTH is actually FALSE and we are all striving to do that which is correct and just ( and that cannot be done under DECEPTION AND IGNORANCE) then we MUST QUESTION EVERYTHING and feel comfortable doing so if we are to every know what the truth is! You are proving what I said to be true Pearl. I am not faulting you for your thinking, I expect it, But I am saying that I don't know of Christians who will question what they have been told over the pulpit.. Forget about what they study.. most don't bother studying their own scriptures objectively, because they are CONVINCED by repetitive hearing that someone else'e interpretation of it all is the TRUTH.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl I was talking about CHRISTIANITY not "religion " in general... and I am speaking based on my experience as a Christian (former ) and with Christians. IT DOES NOT ENCOURAGE LOGIC or CRITICAL thinking but "faith, faith, faith".. and even faith when the very book you hold tells you that what you have faith in is not correct! I could be a millionaire if I got $5 for every time I have heard someone (CHRISTIAN) saying or espousing some religious ideology using the BIBLE that the precedent they claim they respect negates. If Christianity encouraged logic, you wouldn't hear preachers talking about Jesus being "the passover lamb sacrificed for our sins" ---that is ILLOGICAL.. for one, The most high of the Hebrews NEVER requires Human sacrifice for sin, that is a pagan practice, for 2, there are SEVERAL places in Torah where it says NO MAN CAN DIE FOR THE SINS of another but every man must DIE FOR HIS OWN SINS.. and for 3 and its right in Torah.. THERE WAS NEVER A PASSOVER LAMB KILLED AS A SIN OFFERING....EVERY!!! But I can show a Christian, book, chapter and verse in the multitudes for everything I just said and instead of looking it up, and even when I have organized it all for them, they defy logic and talk about they have FAITH that it can be so even though the very ONE they say they worship says YOU CAN'T DO IT.. that is what I am talking about "Faith" over logic.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl@nyaw Well I hear females all the time talking about how "hard" it is to find someone who believes like they do... If you think it's THAT easy, you have found your niche! Help those females find em! But I thought you might like to check this out. IT illustrates my point that it isn't just a "black church' thing but a CHURCH/ or Christian thinking things - "

request for advicePosted by Jim Reed on August 18, 2010 at 9:33 AM

Dear Ms. Anthea, I have a problem something like that with my wife. She is an African. When we were married, we were not religious, and for me it was very important to question any religious belief. After our first child she started to become religious, and currently attends a non-denominational white evalgelical church. I was invited to a few of their functions (they have several per week), but they soon learned I was going to question religion and say things people didn't want to hear, so I am no longer invited to any. Jesus (real or imagined) is the most important thing to my wife, like you describe in this article. I used to think if she switched from that white church to a black church things might be in some way better, but after reading what you wrote now I am thinking that might just make things worse. What advice would you give me?"

@EliseYMason@deleted_1895823_Pearl I WHOLE HEARTEDLY agree with you Elise, but I find that most religious people are absolutely HOSTILE when you suggest that they scrutinize the beliefs of their religion or the teachings.. most especially I find this among Christians since most people I know are Christians. I thought a man was going to attack me over a critical discussion over the constrasts between what Paul wrote and what Jesus taught. It was scary how emotionally charged he was at the suggestion. Most people I know of who are Christians are NOT interested in Logical analysis of the writings of Paul or their beliefs. They say they already "HAVE' the truth.. even when their "truth" contradicts the "thus sayeth the Lords" in the bible or the " I the Lord say"...it saddens and baffles me all at once.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl I never said it was A "FORM" of White Supremacy.. only go by what I actually SAY.. however, historically it has been and is still being used TO MAINTAIN Racism ( White Supremacy) and simply keeping your nose in the bible is not going to illustrate that for you. I am talking about the real world we live in and how Christianity is used and practiced in this world under under the System of RWS.. Your fears don't negate the facts. I DO know that of which I speak because I STUDY IT. Do you study the System of Racism (White Supremacy) and how Religion is used in that system? I don't have any questions about Christianity or the bible. I have spent OVER 30 YEARS in Churches and have a family full of ministers, leaders and teachers. @deleted_1895823_Pearl I have to say that brainwashing is common in ALL churches .. and i have been to enough of them to know this! You will find a lack of logic in ALL of them and their teaching because the religion requires you to suspend logic. I don't go to ANY churches anymore. Regardless of the skin coloration of the people in them, unless it is for a wedding or some function or to see people I know and love.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl@nyaw if you have common fundamental beliefs and you talk about these things upfront you should be able to make it work, especially if you accept each other for who you are and don't see the relationship as a conversion mission. I knew a female that was engaged and let the man go because he wouldn't get RE-baptized in the name of JC after being baptized saying "father, son and holy ghost".. she is over 40 and STILL SINGLE to my knowledge. There are White churches with parallel doctrines and practices. I know because there are people in my family in ministry and I have witnessed my share. For every predominately black denomination, there is a parallel white one. They usually split up in the early 1900s over a particular doctrine and then over Racism. I don't believe everything my partner believes. I am not Talmudic, BUT we both agree on following Torah. some of his interpretations are different than mine. But I ain't about to be SINGLE over not eating meat and dairy together. Some black females would end the relationship over it. You are NEVER going to find someone who agrees with you on EVERY-thing. Go for the things that really matter in everyday life. Chuck the rest.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl I suggest studying the history of Christianity and how it came to US as a people ( Afrikan people) it came by force, domination and or coercion. Europeans CHRISTIANS (Catholics) didn't come into Afrika to make converts, they came to get slaves and use said slaves to get rich. Even after being baptized, said slaves were still raped, beaten, sold abused etc.

Of course now such brutal means don't have to be used. We have had hundreds of years of being CONDITIONED to accept it. We have been dominated long enough that now we are not in a stage that the Racists need to be so brutal about it. We already accept that White people are "better, smarter, good, godly" in most cases, so we accept White Jesus, and many of pray to that image and wholly accept the European Christian Ideology.

I call it that because I study the Torah and Hebrew culture as well ( Which is NOT European but Afrikan-- the Hebrews were and still ARE Afrikans) and though Christianity says it comes from Judaism, it could not be further from the truth. The Christian concepts of Heaven and hell come from the Greeks, not the Hebrews.

People DO make choices about the Creator every day...some under duress or in exchange for food and water ((Poor non-white people vs. Missionaries with goods to trade- Suggested Reading- Chinau Achebe's THINGS FALL APART)) You can ALWAYS influence a people's view about the creator when you dominate them and have more resources than they do and when they are in need of the resources you have. Missionaries are known to be the forerunners of military force.. at least in Africa.

To say that Christianity is the choosing of "God" is to accept the Euro view of the creator. We had knowledge of the creator for thousand so years before Rome gave us this religion.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl I'm saying the Christian ideology or teaching found in Paul's letters that you are not to marry an "unbeliever" etc. you are correct, you DON'T have to follow the word of the Most High, and I would say that even most Christians don't.. but what are we told the consequences are if we don't? Oooooh! Hell FIRE AND ETERNAL DAMNATION.. I have been taught it all .... I have had family members and others pressure me to get my guy "saved" and grill me on whether or not he "believes in Jesus" etc. etc. Christianity teaches that the words of Paul are the words of "god" therefore Christians follow or at least TEACH Paul's doctrine on not marrying "non-believers"

@deleted_1895823_Pearl The Roman Catholic enslavers did allow their slaves to practice Christianity and to go to church on Sundays- though the Pope AUTHORIZED the slave trade for the Spanish and Portuguese in more than one Papal Bull. A Haitian sister acted like she wanted to beat me down when I asked why the Pope didn't boot those pedophile priests out of practice. She was defending him like he was "god".

This religion was given to us. As a means of control..which is why the savior looks like the oppressor/ enslaver, enemy- whatever you want to refer to the European as.

@deleted_1895823_Pearl Christianity! From my studies of our people in this part of the world, as well as in Africa ( West Africa that is) we adopted that ideology , religion and a belief in JC as a savior and sacrifice from THEM. For the most part, even during slavery we were not Christians. There were even debates among the White people ( non-Catholic that is) about whether or not their slaves should be given or taught the religion & baptized because then they couldn't enslave them. We were Muslims and Hebrews looooooong before we ever ran into Christianity. Long before we were ever dragged on any ships. What black people are practicing in Churches now is European ideology and is even contradictory to that which is found in the Torah.

@deleted_1895276_Marcie I used to go to a church where the pastor would tell ladies that they would have to go "fishin" and "Bring them in"...but I think the flaw in that is thinking that in order to have a happy marriage and suitable partner, they had to believe everything just as you do and be a believer in J.C... what if he believes in the most high of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and keeps his covenant but doesn't believe in Human Sacrifice for sin.? I think Christian people spend too much time bickering about doctrinal things and miss out on wonderful relationships because of the "be not yoked together with unbelievers" and all the anti- anyone who isn't a Christian and doesn't follow Paul's teachings to the T ideologies found in Paul's letters, which Christians consider to be the words of Paul rather than those of the creator. I have to say though that the rate of marriage among the young people in that church is pretty high. Some of them didn't marry people who believed just as they did or who belonged to the same denomination.

@kiki100

Kiki, I have to agree with you that black people rely too much on waiting on god.. (REGARLDESS of our professed Religions) but the black church is not responsible for that- that is our conditioning under the System of Racism ( White Supremacy).. and Christianity PERIOD, regardless of who is at the head of the organization. You will find the SAME scriptures in the bible that sits in the White church or the whatever else you imagine it to be church telling you that you are only to marry another "believer"

"Relying on god too much" is a BLACK PEOPLE thing once they come under the domination of White people and the religions that White people give them. I come across way too many Christian radio stations run by White people where I live and I hear the SAME THINGS... telling people to wait on god. The Christian church with black people in it is NOT ALONE in this backward thinking. It is in the very writings of Paul that it is sin to marry someone who doesn't believe just what you do. Goodness no ou had better not marry an "unbeliever" in JC>..that ain't the black church, THAT IS CHRISTIAINTY and it's leader PAUL!! White people have the same stuff in their bibles too! We didn't have problems finding mates and marrying when we weren't following the religions of our enemies were we?

Under conditions of warfare ( Racism/White Supremacy) we should EXPECT IT to be hard to find a husband/mate/partner. You aren't SUPPOSED to be happy and experiencing a fairytale under these conditions, but we happen to be some of the most unrealistic people on the planet. We blame every single tree but can't see the frikkin forest. Someone addresses the ROOT CAUSE of the problem and the comment gets deleted. I suspect that might be because when black people are sexually involved with White people under this system, HONEST DIALOGUE about the System of White Supremacy can't take place and commentary has to be CENSORED.

I noticed anything blaming black people, and that is negative about black people and individual or collective behavior and the so-called "black church" is allowed to remain, but no one has yet gone deeper than the superficial norms of calling other black people "hypocrites and fakes".....Our own behavior including not being HONEST about the conditions we are in -AND THE CAUSE OF THOSE CONDITIONS, HELPS us stay single and under domination!

Best wishes to you single ladies! Until you understand what Racism is and how it works, everything else you THINK you understand will only confuse you more. - Neely Fuller Jr.
