The Coup in Progress I read was plotted long ago..Congress I believe is just too Weak and SCARED..and of course many of them have probably been Paid to look the other way.
You're correct about the Military..at least most of them.
Richard I totally agree with you..I think we are in the Process of a Coup that was plotted many years ago..by Radicals..Congress is too Weak and Scared to do anything...
The 2nd Amendment is supposed to be excised from the Constitution in November. I
always thought 'Fast and Furious' was intended to do just that.

I have read which I'm sure many of you have that there is a 'Coup' that is already in Progress and that Many Members of Congress have been well 'Paid' to look the other way. Others are SCARED. Many of them Cyndee are 'asleep'--many are in 'denial'--and unfortunately many are just plain 'indifferent'. A lot of people I have spoken to insist that unless they 'do something wrong' it does not apply to them.
I made up some Fliers and hand them out whenever I can. I tell them Sections 1021 and 1022 DO apply to them. I get the 'deer in the headlights' look quite a bit.
Unfortunately over the years the American Educational System has deliberately been 'DUMBING DOWN' THE MASSES. THAT HOWEVER IS NOT AN EXCUSE. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
Unfortunately for some, the Government kicking their doors in and black-bagging them would 'wake them up'. I Pray it does not get to that point.

I agree with you. Nullification is THE answer but most of the Governors, Senators and Representatives are either too 'dumbed down' to realize what they signed or are totally Complicit with this UnConstitutional Monstrosity!
The Current Administration is already plotting to dismantle the Second Amendment with a UN-backed Small Gun Ban. They will keep attacking The Constitution and Bill of Rights until it is completely gone.
If it means another Revolution to put a stop to this and Restore our Beautiful Republic so be it!

I too have written to my Senators Marco Rubio and Bill Nelson. I have also sent the Liberty Preservation Act to Governor Scott. I have made calls as well-all to no avail.
I also sent a Resolution to the County Commissioner (Mayor) and my Representative in the County I live in--they were ignored.
Rubio's Response was exactly as you stated-parroting the Words of Congress that it does not apply to All American Citizens. Absolutely Outrageous and an Insult to our Intelligence!
My sense is that they are 'AFRAID' if Americans Wake Up and Realize that it does indeed apply to them there would be major Civil Unrest.
I have been handing our Fliers and empowering people as I can to ask them to write to these Senators and their Representatives as well.
The Constitution is THE Law of the Land--EVERY Time, EACH Time!

Thank you for writing me in regard to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (NDAA). I understand some provisions in this bill are contentious and I appreciate the opportunity to respond.
As you may know, every year the Senate Armed Services Committee presents the NDAA, which authorizes appropriations for the corresponding fiscal year, to the full Senate for consideration. The Senate passed this year's Defense Authorization Act on December 1, 2011, and following a conference committee with the House, the final version of the NDAA was passed by the Senate on December 15, 2011, by a vote 86 to 13.
I am aware this bill contains some controversial provisions related to terrorist detainees, and whether they should be held in military or civilian law enforcement custody. In particular, I am referring to Sections 1031, 1032 and 1033 of the Senate version of the NDAA. This legislation reiterates that in times of war the Armed Forces have the authority to detain terrorists in the United States if they are members of Al Qaeda or a group affiliated with Al Qaeda and/or assisted in the planning and execution of the September 11th terror attacks. During the Senate debate on the NDAA, Senator Mark Udall (CO) introduced an amendment which would have struck this language from the bill.
I voted against the Udall amendment and in favor of compromise language which states that the President already has the authority to detain individuals associated with Al Qaeda or other terror groups regardless of their citizenship. The Udall amendment failed by a vote of 37 to 61, however, the compromise language passed 99 to 1 and is contained in the final NDAA which does not change current law with regard to U.S. citizen's rights. To be clear, this NDAA does not change the Posse Comitatus Act, nor does it take away an individual's habeas corpus rights. Additionally, the language in the NDAA does not take away an individual's rights to equal protection under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, nor does it take away one's due process rights afforded under the 5th or 14th Amendments. If this bill did such a thing, I would strongly oppose it.
I believe an act of terror against the United States is an act of war, and I believe those who commit such acts of terror should be treated as enemy combatants not as common criminals. When enemy combatants who wish to harm United States citizens are captured, the rights of these detainees are restricted to basic human rights. All detainees held by the United States are treated with dignity and respect, despite the heinous crimes they have been accused of committing against our nation. I will continue to support a detention policy that protects the United States, as well as the rights of our law abiding citizens.

FEEDBACK: I sent out the Liberty 101 Form to Nelson, Rubio and (Wilson) who is the Rpresentative in my District.
I have also Sent Governor Scott a Copy of the Liberty Preservation Act and Called his Office on numerous occasions. No Response whatsoever.
I have had NO response from Wilson. Nelson and Rubio have responded but wrote to me about a TOTALLY DIFFERENT SUBJECT MATTER obviously avoiding ANYTHING to do with their Traitorous Actions regarding the NDAA. Perhaps they are 'hoping' the Constituents in the State will just 'go away'. Not so!
I will try at my County Level (again) with the above Resolution.
Please advise as to what else to resend/send.

The Military should have NO question as to whom they are to side with. They took an Oath to the Constitution NOT to the President or their Commanding Officer.
I think they already know there will be a 'Revolution' of sorts which is why they are training DHS and Military Personnel to 'suppress the people.'

The Response I received from Senator Nelson telling me 'he will keep an eye on things' and:
"Because I believe our national security professionals should decide the best way to detain and prosecute terror suspects, I also opposed provisions of the defense authorization bill that would allow only the military to handle terror suspects captured in the United States. Efforts to change that language were unsuccessful in the Senate."
"But after negotiations with the House of Representatives, the final legislation preserves the rights of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and allows the President to waive the requirement for military custody when necessary to preserve our national security."
So in other Words he Voted Yes like West and WE THE CITIZENS OF FLORIDA ARE INDEED 'ENEMY COMBATANTS'. I am so OUTRAGED!!
