It's completely a revenge swipe... He hits him right where the contusion is. That guy sphould go play a team sport so he understands that if someone hurts your guy you have to stand up for him. That lunge at westbrooks knees is bush league not the attempt to steal the ball.
One nice aspect of the game was how much mor efficient perk was at shutting down Bynum. Still looked hurt but w/o Bynum scoring LAL is gonna struggle to keep up.
@wannabeGM It's easier to have a good offensive game when the other team puts its 3rd best perimeter defender on you. If the lakers game planned to shut Harden down they could, but Durant would score 50. Not that I don't think Harden is great and can do some things that neither WB or Durant, but he is not the same unstoppable force that KD is.
@loplopol @FletchMFletcher obviously teach all of us how great LA is and how we are just lucky to be playing against them... Will someone just invent a machine that holds people accountable for the things they say on the Internet already?
@Jooseppi @justin_mia Seems that at least this series he stepped up when needed and he was hot and took a back seat when he wasn't. Always room for improvement but that shows a lot of maturity to me... Or just a random blip on a small sample.
@Jax Raging Bile Duct I mentioned this to my fiancee last night. Seems the entire game that the cheers were almost even between the thunder and Mavs. I know Dallas is only 3 hrs away but looks like Mavs fans had already given up hope before yesterday's tipoff and sold off their tickets to Thunder fans.

I have been under the impression Fisher was getting heavy mind because they wanted him to get accustomed to our team. He had very few games to learn to play with everyone. Now that we are closer to the playoffs I think Brooks is getting his rotations into form.
It annoys me that everyone assumes we won't go over the cap, I don't expect the Thunders payroll to skyrocket but assuming that Bennett won't spend money bc the team cut salary to rebuild is pretty ridiculous. Most of our salary cuts were also effective trades for either valuable trade pieces or cap room which we often turned into players. I don't know if they are willing to spend money but I don't think we can assume they won't it they think it gives them a chance to win a championship.
@David_MN @RapistOnBail AHH ppl who think their team is better than ours!!! GRRRR ME SO MAD, ME TYPE IN ALL CAPS!! If only there was a way to settle this... Someone should invent a game where teams play each other to determine who is better...

The specialization in football is pretty amazing... I mean most sports require certain skills that every player needs to have at least one of... Basketball you need to defend, or shoot, or rebound. Baseball you need to be able to hit or throw or catch. Football has 3-4 very distinct types of players on each side of the ball. Lineman cant catch, run, or throw. RB's cant usually throw are usually only ok at blocking and catching, QB's cant catch, block, run, and thats only one side of the ball... Its pretty crazy how many types of athletes you need to play football, I imagine its why it never caught on in other countries... without a good development system from childhood its going to be really hard to find the right kind of players...

SammyThunderer f5alcon I think we will get a good idea of who Philly is over the next three games, like everyone its too early for his rankings. Kind of like preseason rankings for college football. Question is why doesn't Hollinger just wait until 15- 20 games into the season before posting these?
