 @KirkSeriousFace @EthanSherwoodStrauss Found it: "The 24-second clock shall remain the same as when play was interrupted or reset to 5seconds, whichever is greater, any time on jump balls retained by the offensive team as theresult of a held ball caused by the defense"

When I saw that play I thought it was a travel too. Especially after they showed the replay. But unfortunately I can't watch your super slow mo version since it's been pulled down in the US: "This video contains content from UMG, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds."
