It really scare to know that in Dulce Underground bases there are experiments involving humans. About the fires in Dulce one of the survivors was Phil Schneider he had conference in the 1995 about the experiments what he witness he was one of the workers thathelp to construct the undergrounds in Dulce. When he saw what he saw they open fire he survive. He everything they are saying here Mr. Schneider had mention his death is questionable still. The goverment of USA have not control as we think they do. It is sick that this kind of experiments are happening today.
