@Aren't @El Prez Kings swarming all over the ice in the first period on the forecheck. They had some really good looks there in the last few minutes of the period. Jonathan Quick basically didn't have to do too much in the first period.
Game 5 at Staples tonight in the LA King- San Jose Shark series. This has been a great series. Neither team has broken through and won on the road. Kings riding a current twelve game home winning streak. 0-0 near the end of the first period. Two of the NHL's best goaltenders squaring off in this series. Great playoff hockey.

@long arm of the law @El Prez @Bryson May/Memorial and Penn/Memorial are the worst two intersections in NW OKC. I bet I have more near road rage incidents at those two intersections than the rest of the metroplex combined
@Bryson @El Prez I normally would have just given him some money...but he had this sign which read like a Jenni Carlson/Laura Engalls novelette on the tornado and it put me over the edge. You had to see the sign. Like he was pulling the wool over all of our eyes.
I had a bit of an incident today at the May & Memorial intersection. This panhandler who was pretending to be a Moore tornado victim....came up to my car and tried to get me to make a donation. I've seen this poser out there for months. Who does he think he's kidding? Anyway---a few words were exchanged before I drove off. I wonder how KD would have handled that?
More rain coming to Deer Creek, Kaui tonight and on Saturday.
@KellOne @El Prez It would give Fallin the excuse to make several trips to Maui and Kaui to do research and development on the concept. I did notice this time around she was available to see Obama. Know what I mean?
Raining like crazy out here in Deer Creek. This marks the eighth day of rain out of the last ten. 13.5 " of precip since March 30th. Incredible. It's like Kaui out here.

@Perk-Punt @El Prez I know it doesn't give much solace to people who were devastated by this event, but the silver lining is that it shows people for the most part are genuinely good people with good hearts. Not just KD, but the countless unnamed volunteers and neighboring citizens who have all done what they can to help. Kevin Durant is countless years ahead of the curve. I wonder who he was in his previous life? Maybe a dog.
Just saw the video of Kevin and several of his foundation people touring Moore. KD's maturity is beyond impressive and what he's doing for the people of Moore literally put a lump in my throat.
This is what Gretzky's enforcer did for him from time to time. It would be refreshing to see KD's faux enforcer do the same ever so often.

@Watson @OohWeeItsVelvetHoop I was born in San Diego. When they were in the AFL with John Hadl and those powder blue jerseys the Chargers were second favorite team behind the Packers.
