@miatotl as much as I appreciate that you want a guy that you developed to earn a potential ring, as a Magic fan you have to be happy with the return as opposed to what JJ's goals are.. Tobias Harris is the main cog in this trade and I(as well as most Bucks fans) was not happy to see him go.. seriously doubt that any contender was offering a player of his caliber/upside.. plus the book is still out on Lamb too, and Beno is a terrific backup guard that can play both positions
since you guys were first to the foul jokes
Fare thee well "the Larry Sanders Show".. was fun while it lasted, but got cancelled due to low ratings
I will be positive on this move.. very versatile.. can play three positions and is a solid defender.. maybe pairing him with other offensive weapons may open up his offensive skill set
Not sure if I understand these moves.. Carney and Tucker are NBA washouts that are atrocious #-point shooters.. And we trade away Livingston to bring in Daniels, who is the poor man's Livingston.. Rasual Butler can be a lights out shooter on any given night, but never know what night that would be and is an incredibly selfish player.. I DUNNO
Can't wait to Lambaste some opponents.. Or Lamboozle them.. Or can't wait for The Silence of the Lamb's opponents
Oh What Dreams May come
@LightItUp is being negative about people who are being negative considered "ironic"?.. Look here 5 points except for @flyingking everyone wants the team to be successful and are passionate about the positives as well as the negatives in acquisitions.. It's hard to argue that the team hasn't been run well over the decades, so we are waiting for something to be excited about so the team doesn't become the "Seattle Baristas" by the year 2017
The Proof is in the Pudding.. Never really understood the phrase, but still works
the day the Bucks drafted Przybilla I was excited.. an athletic big man with upside.. that was then, this is now.. I wanted Darko
Look.. chances are that Gooden and Sanders aren't going anywhere, so we just have to hope that Gooden just makes better decisions with the minutes that are afforded him.. He will play.. can't say the same about Sanders who will be our top garbage player this year
I love the description of Tobias as a poor man's Carmelo, because that can still be a rich man's version of so many other players
I know I have said this before, but it makes sense here.. remember that ESPN commercial from a few years back "what's the best thing about being a sports fan? There's always next year" I love that
reactions to Podcast:
1. What is a draft bust like Przybilla gonna teach Henso?
2, Need to find creative ways to use the mid range skills this team possesses.. we already shoot too many threes
3. Herb Kohl is definitely not going to pay a guy to not play basketball.. but he will pay a guy to play BAD basketball
4. I used to sell hope.. buy some, get some half off
5. Pacers are more than likely gonna win the division
6. Well said last caller.. I think any time Charlie Sheen chimes in on a subject it's Podcast magic
What I don't get is why we considered Michael Redd a cornerstone, but Monta gets no love.. He is essentially better in most statistical categories.. Did anyone else see the video where Warriors ownership got booed off stage after they traded him?
Was anybody else less than impressed with Valanciunas' olympic showing?
I would hate for them to get divorced and fight over who has to take custody of Drew Gooden
Saw the title of the article and knew it couldn't be written by @JeremySchmidt
meh
@flyingking uncool.. I wanted a couple different guys more than Przybilla, but as a Bucks fan I would never wish an injury on my team.. the post players are not going to be asked to do much except be big, block some shots, and grab some boards
"Make it rein(deer)" or "Bambi-ware of Dalembert" or "Bambi-fore we lose interest"
Larry, if your listening, stop falling for the head fake
