I am right there with you Laura. Way too many ideas and yes they do and have gotten in way of execution. Thanks for the reminder and the great suggestions on making ideas --reality.

Great points Sandi. Especially about finding your own way. As someone who has developed a system, it is important to point out that real honest systems are NOT (as you so clearly point out)  one size fits all. A Real Honest System is not steps, not cookie cutter. It is a methodology, a process and a framework that creates the foundation for you to develop your unique plan and journey forward.

Its so cool to see how our Carnie clan can think alike and yet offer a unique view. Here Sandi names  her community with gratitude that is worth modeling for all of us and is exactly what Sharon Hurley Hall recommended in her post!

Love this! "Through building a true network of friends and collaborators who are in the same business as you, your business will nourish you in ways you never imagined, financially, emotionally and even spiritually."  Ok, I'm going to get a bit controversial here. The war, fight, battle analogies became so common because for decades the businesses were dominated by men who focused on the competition and battle, sport metaphors. As more women have entered the business world, I'm seeing the shift toward relationship building and community. This post really spells that out. Thanks Jenny.

Hi  Jenny:  I do that too and I've gotten a couple of replies as well. I also check back with my new subscribers only after two weeks and again after four weeks to continue the conversation at a different level from my regular emails. Great stuff and a great inspirational personal story. Looking forward to your autobiography.  Clare

This batle plan is very clear and easy to follow even for non-numbers people like me. The comment that no battle plan survives contact with the enemy is so true and what good advice not to just quick but like a GPS -- plan a new route. Thanks Nicole for the wisdom.
