I love Kieslowski & have always been inspired by his work. I think he is one of the best filmmakers ever. A lot of people don't realize that creativity can be found in everything we do. Without creativity  I would be like the zombies from "Walking Dead".

 @literarylady Yes, you need to find the right producer or director or the right production company. People who have already done that kind of movies. If there is specific director you admire you can try to approach her/him as well. Historical fiction - always a good time :)

 @denniscorsi Directors are only humans & suffer from insecurities like everyone else. The truth is that no one teaches you in film school how to be a film director. It's a long learning process. But yes, without self-confidence & knowing what the director wants from the cast & crew & what is her/his vision the working experience can be very difficult.
