Never said he could/will play like that. I don't believe salmons, jimmer, or Thornton are the answer. For the record, I'm not going to hang my hat on a Jabari Parker either...

Practice? Practice? You talkin about practice? Haha, unfortunately there isn't enough practice to make up for game time play. Not that I support the Jimmer comment, he would have been demolished by the warriors tonight. Have you seen him play? Offense or defense he is flat footed, plays on his heels. Not that there isn't talent there , but if Thornton can play like tonight consistently, Jimmer is on the outs this season. I agree that IT made some bad decisions, and he gets in funks where he does, but that is no reason to sound the trade alarm. He is a change of pace guard that is often the only offense available on the court when he is playing. Give him credit for carrying a second team when PP, Salmons, and Thornton/Jimmer were all stinking it up. Malone should have pulled him during the stint of turnovers though. I had flashbacks to some of my high school freshman teams watching that. Overall though, Smart and Malone should not be compared at all. We finally have a coach, GM, and majority owner who care about our losing team. We have a budding mega star who is slowly getting better at controlling his emotions, and we have some interesting young players. It finally looks like we are rebuilding instead of tearing down, and at least we're not the magic right? Oh, and Tyreke does not look like he is becoming an all star. He looks like he is becoming a bit more efficient, sameish stats, over-payed role player. But hey, we can always reminisce about the 20-5-5 year right?
I know those three bring seizuresk flashbacks of Kenny Thomas - both tours of duty but especially the 2nd - but let's not be rediculose. It would be a benefit for the Kings future and McCallum to send him to the Bighorns. And I don't mean send him like Whitehead send him, send him to make him a better player long term.

Correction, he was waived by Houston, he is playing in France.
He is sitting in Houston. Can we trade Salmons or Marcus for him?
McCallum needs to go to the Bighorns and get minutes, at least until the Kings decide how they are going to handle the Vasquez, IT, Jimmer situation.
I live on the east coast, so games are from 10 PM to 1 AM. Maybe I'm a little out of it when I watch, but I haven't see issues with JT. Most of the issues I have seen are Marcus and Salmons. Then again, JT only play 12 minutes in the last game. More reason to go to plan B(rockman).
Vazquez, Jimmer, Luc, JT, and cousins. Jimmer needs to play because we need some shots to go, and IT and Jimmer don't play well together. I like IT off the bench too, he changes the pace. With Cousins, Jimmer, and Vazquez we can sacrifice office for defense with Luc. He is also a hustle guy. Speaking of hustle, can we bring Jon Brockman back? I'd start the Brockness monster in this lineup too. Anyways, the second unit is IT, Big Ben, Outlaw, PP, and unfortunately Hayes. We really need Landry back to have an inside offensive presence in the second unit, but until then IT and Big Ben will have to take care of business. IT drives, Ben spots, and outlaw cuts.. That will have to be the second teams offense. I'm a little iffy on exchanging PP and JT, but other than that I think this could get the job done until Landry or the Brockness monster show up.
