@TABDOG  I agree with the first few words you wrote but thats about it.   DMC will get over it someday but maybe he needs a sports psychologist or Dr Keith Ablow to help him move through this more quickly.

Really thought he was on the right track but seems like he has been back to his old ways since the All Star selections were announced.  Him not being selected is the reason why he is acting out in my opinion.   Still have some growing up to do but he will get there... I hope!

This optimistic fan is fed up with this crap.   Why are they so bad?!   Not sure I want to pony up an additional 10% for next years season tickets watching this.  I could take a month vacation to Cancun and still have money left over.

@layituplikeaman  That "fan" is not your ordinary fan.   He has a reputation of being a fat racist redneck.   Just because you are a fan, redneck racist or not, does not give you the right to say whatever you want without consequences.   I love Marcus and would be happy to have him in a Kings uniform right next to DeMarcus Cousins and Rudy Gay.

@KennethBrody @KDsmooth  Hundreds?  Which ones are scoring shooters in your list of hundreds?  Not Bogut and Oakley.. how do they even come to mind for this discussion?   The reason they started Mc is because the most obvious weakness of the team is SG so why not let your 1st round pick get minutes and experience.

@al asifyouknow @KDsmooth  Well you will never own a NBA team but your hopes are still alive to run a fantasy team.   I like IT quite a bit but recognize him for what he is and what he will never be.  Hard to teach height.

@Kingznut  I would argue that IT is far better than Mugsy or Nate and not as much of a gadget guy, but yes his size is problematic.  He has a tendency of driving to the hoop and leaving his feet unsure where to go with the ball (after realizing his shot is not there) and making a bad pass/turnover.   I think he does a decent job on defense putting pressure on the ball as it enters the frontcourt but I totally agree that he cheats and rarely gets steals as a result.   If we could get a Dante Exum or Marcus Smart and move IT to backup/6th man I think that would be a great move.

@al asifyouknow @KDsmooth  Fantasy numbers?  Come on, it is about reality and winning yes.  Malone is a very good Coach, just not an offensive mind, but even with that said Kings are a top offensive team in the NBA.   Offensive can win games, but defense wins Championships.   That is what he is all about.  You have no idea what you are talking about.

@KennethBrody @KDsmooth  At 36 percent he is not shooting WAY better than most.  Who are you comparing him to that he is WAY better than?  I like him and was stoked when we were able to select him but as a season ticket holder watching him every game I have to say I am very concerned.

@KennethBrody  I am not even remotely convinced that B Mac has the heart of a scorer.  You need to be a ruthless killer and he seems so laid back and passive.  Love his attitude and athleticism but hate what I perceive in terms of killer instinct.  You can not teach that.   Jimmer is another story.  Dude is a shooter and that is all.  He will only thrive in a situation with a team needing an outside threat to spread the floor.   That usually is only a top 3 team.

@layituplikeaman  Not really.  You can trade Thompson and Thornton for Smith and that works.  I suggest tossing in Jimmer with that deal and bringing Smith and Peyton Siva to Sac.

@SacKings  I disagree with the comment Malone is over his head but I do think his offensive sets are pretty bad.   If you watched the Raptors run theirs the other night then watch the other end when Kings ran theirs it was front and center what is good and what is not.   Way too much isolation and dribbling rather than a fluid motion offense of passing, cutting, and constant movement.   I joked with a friend that we should bring Coachie back for offense but he must be 100 years old by now.

Greivis thinks he put up big numbers last year?   Since when is 13 and 9 big numbers?   I think that was an underhanded jab at the Kings.   Trading for Rudy was the best move this franchise has made since moving Mitch Richmond.

IT is fun to watch but last night he put something on display front and center for all to see.   Two on one fast break with him and Thompson and IT does not pass the ball (as he should have) and he gets his layup rejected while Thompson watches (as I did) in complete disbelief.   That is about as selfish as it gets and highlights how this team does not play together or for each other.

@jliddmed Thornton more inconsistent that Salmons may be true but that only highlights that Salmons consistency has been in stinking it up.  PPG and shooting percentages that he could probably match if he only shot left handed.  Bench Johnny and lets look to the future, he is not part of it.

@HamGhammond Amen to that.  I sat in my Section 103 seat and scratched my head at this mess.  Poor effort, terrible shooting, lack of teamwork, and JImmer shooting the lights out in warm ups followed by holding down a seat at the end of the bench chewing his nails.  Its garbage.

@Dima2k @KDsmooth Memphis plays team basketball and its shocking how hard it is for players to grasp how effective that is to winning games.  Our team does not look like they support each other or enjoy each other.   Chemistry is elusive and we do not have it.   I may be a Jimmer nut to a fault but I find him to be a great teammate much like people talk about Carl Landry.   I will never understand this Jimmer mess until he is on another team and proves he is not a worthy NBA player, but frankly I do not think that will prove out.  I think he is a legit role player and we will kick ourselves for not using him in that way.   Die hard Kings fan here.. frustrated with the effort and lack of teamwork.

@Dima2k @KDsmooth He is a far better shooter and I never suggested him over IT, my point is why is Jimmer getting ZERO minutes allegedly because of his defense while others play in the rotation that are not that stellar either?   Conley owned IT tonight and blew by him to the hoop whenever he felt like it.  He would have done the same to Jimmer which again is my point.   And when you shoot 30% as a team while your best pure shooter is riding the bench is baffling to me.

@Dima2k @KDsmooth IT is a better scorer but Jimmer is a better shooter.  Big difference there.  And I would vote to move Thornton to SF and put Salmons on the bench where Jimmer sits today.  He is awful.

Everyone seems to say Jimmer is not in the rotation because he is a defensive liability.  I find that baffling considering Vasquez, IT and Thornton as less than desirable defenders.   Jimmer is a far better shooter than all three of those guys... so what gives?
