I didn't have any of the problems you say when playing Camp Deadly.  I beat it when I was 15 or so, and I suck at games.

The problem comes not when filmmakers copy, but when they don't do anything but copy.  Which Eragon does, basically.  So it's actually similar in spirit to the other Star Wars knockoffs.

Maui Mallard is just Donald Duck blatantly ripping off Daffy's 'costumed alter egos' bit.

Also Pete has been an enemy for Donald in the past, not a lot I'll admit, but he's just awesome, if it was up to me he'd be just going around being an enemy for everyone, even Scrooge McDuck and Darkwing Duck and Chip n' Dale.  They did make him an enemy for Goofy in that show Goof Troop, no one questioned that.

I'm as old as James and I saw some of the comics at age 8.  Turtle mania was just starting to take hold, and some kid at my school had them.  And it did blow my mind.

i really wish i could get over james praising turtles forever.  but i really can't.  i think about it every time i see his face, how he swallowed that big pile of shit with a big smile on his face and then he asked for seconds.  i wish i never saw this video, if i ever met james i don't think i could stop myself from saying really harsh things.

That thing about how Star Wars can be original and still pay tribute to the classics, I agree very strongly with that. There really isn't anything like Star Wars, but too many people see the ideas that went into it, and they want to believe the worst. Meanwhile there's people out there that actually are unoriginal thieves, like all those comedians and writers who steal jokes.

@FrankDoomriderJohansen A New Hope has its own story, it starts at the beginning and stops at the end. They only put movies before and after it later on, when it made lots of money. Lord of the Rings is all one story.

@Sunderbuggles And how about The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari? I would even argue that horror is experimental by nature. All the great horror movies of the past seem normal now, because they get copied so much, but in their time they were all shocking and weird; Blair Witch, The Exorcist, The Ring, Dracula (both of them), Godzilla, Halloween, Psycho, Jaws, Carrie, Alien, The Fly, Eraserhead, The Sixth Sense, Saw, Terminator, etc..

If all the bacteria in your body were killed you would get very sick, because you need some of them to digest food. And Brundle stated in the movie that the teleporter was programmed to have an imagination, otherwise it couldn't teleport DNA and would therefore kill any living things it teleported; so the teleporter was trying to put DNA in Brundle, but there was another similar creature with him (on the DNA level we're not too different from flies) and it got confused.

I forgot how awesome this was.

Also, the reason why AVGN is kicking the shit out of Bugs Bunny for seemingly no reason is that he represents the game. Like, they put Bugs Bunny in the game to draw people in, and it's the kind of game that's really annoying but you can't stop playing. So it's almost like Bugs Bunny himself is annoying you and he won't let you go. It's like a visual metaphor for what it feels like to play the game, which is why it starts happening when AVGN starts playing the game. I thought it was really clever.

I am very intrigued. Is MI6 populated entirely by some kind of alternate lifeform in disguise, like Anonymous Rex? Is Q's secret love for Bond the only thing that prevents his secret criminal empire from wrapping its sinister tentacles around every power structure in the world?

There's been a lot of discussion in the past about this one. The most popular theory I think is that there isn't a "James Bond," anyone who gets the 007 designation has to change their name to James Bond, and they die frequently which is why the actor keeps changing. Judging mostly from the fact that it's a man's name, Bond could be what they call a "raven," a male spy that specializes in sexual manipulation.

This is how bits work. Imagine that you're not allowed to use any words with more than 5 letters, and you know what it's like for a computer that only has a small amount of bits. Having more bits is like being allowed to use more letters. But if you're allowed to use up to 15 letters, you probably don't even want any more, you're probably just as happy as someone who's allowed to use 20 letters. Maybe you could learn some words with 20 letters in them, but they wouldn't be very useful and they'd probably just confuse people and make you sound like an asshole. And that's the Atari Jaguar.

This game is fun but there's too many different level types and some of them are just exercises in pain. There's a port of this game on the original Game Boy, called Battletoads in Ragnarok's World, that cuts out all that shit, and it's an excellent port, though I don't think it's multiplayer, and in any case Game Boys were intended more for a person to carry around with them, so they never did multiplayer very well.
