The WCD 120 Redux was a fantastic cigar. Hopefully these are just as good. This was the perfect size for that blend.

Interesting that the ring gauges are all bigger. As much as I prefer thinner RGs those don't seem to be making any money for Habanos SA.

@StormBoen Your confusing the Halfwheel awards and the Consensus awards. Halfwheel named the DE factory as their number one while the consensus awards had the MF factory as number 1.
Probably the best list out there since it is a consensus. I think I would take CCs out of it altogether though. IMHO why include them if they are vastly under represented with a lot of list not even reviewing them at all?
Regardless it is your list and I appreciate the immense amount of work you put into it, the transparency of the process, and the downloadable spreadsheet. Great work and thanks again!
Great review. I have one of the Montes sitting in my humidor which is probably as close as I'll ever get to this. I'll snatch a couple up if I ever have the chance.
Great review... I had an issue with a resin/sap in a humidor I have. Talked to Bob Staebell about it and he said that occasionally the cedar will release a resin so I'd say you are right about where it came from.
I wasn't very clear in my first post but I'm more referring to the fact that these come in (what appears to be) a dress/cardboard box for a $15 dollar cigar. I'm personally not really a fan of the band either but that's just my opinion. The box just looks cheap to me considering the price point. Of course as I'm sure someone will point out you smoke the cigar not the box.
Yikes... Not that I'd smoke a 5x60 anyway
