 @Rather Large Beard sometimes I think the organization does not value rebounding

Regardless of what else happens, I think we extend both Harden and Ibaka.  What is more interesting to me is the reasonableness of those contracts and if the unreasonableness forces a trade (albeit a better one than we would have next year) during the extension period or the oft presumed Perk amnesty.

 @Hoplophobia  @justin_mia  @Lost Ones We may have overpaid to retain Brooks, but I think it was a necessary leverage point to retain the core.

 @ElMexiThunder totally agree.  Cuban has to realize, if you love something, let it go.  Keeping Dirk on whatever they could field as a team is just cruel.

 @diddoff I love Iggy but the Raptors are losing that trade.  Who is playing PG?  They lost the Nash sweepstakes....

 @Prye05  @Jax Raging Bile Duct  @supreme35 I don't think Felton would be a good solution for them, they need a better passing PG.  Dirk struggles a little more every year to get free off screens and get the ball in space.

 @supreme35 Wow...so...trade Dirk for picks and blow up the team?

 @ThunderBelize I do think the Lakers just got a lot better, but I think they really hemorhaged their future.  If they are not set to win now, how do they get better?  4 draft picks, really?  How do they sign Bynum and fill out a roster next year?

Wow.  Anyone read the PJ3 feature?  I am unbelievably more excited about the pick, team fit and obvious directions of development after reading that!

 @Jameswade99  @Tequila He isn't at all a Presti player.  I think at this point Presti is hoping that the royal jelly is going to work some miracles.  People have caught on to the importance of character and it seems that now everyone is buying high on character and intangibles. (See MKG at 2).  I think talent and ceiling alone were too high to pass at this point.  No one talked about him because no one thought he would be available.  In terms of raw talent...he is at the top of the draft no question.

 @justin_mia  @anonymous12345  @diddoff Can't there be any kind of negotiation, or a financial levy.  A 2014 second-rounder? fine.

I think that our roster is currently a little too stacked for any of the available prospects at 28 to add much.  This year I would actually like to see us move down and trade for Detroit's two 2nd rounders, Portland's or ...if they are willing, the cavs.  We could pick up Furkan Aldemir and another quality eurostash pick like Kostas Papanikolaou.  Some project Evan Fournier falling that far as well.

 @JimboSlice  @Jooseppi I am also really interested to see how Latavious stacks up in summer league.  He has really become a force on the glass over seas, but what I am really interested in is seeing the development of his post game.

 @OBoymuzik  @dancassidy35  @diddoff I think Faried is better than Nene.  They are undoubtedly a worse team than last year, but I don't think it is the drop off that some do.
