As feverishly violent as Russ plays with his rim attacking and chance taking defensively, it's really remarkable he has never missed a game..

The turnover problem is a runaway train. It scares the living daylights out of me.. I realize OKC, or at least Brooks is an iso offense guy and we will never rack up a ton of assists as a team...but that margin of assists to turnovers seems to be growing further and further apart. Something as simple as 2 or 3 quick ball reversal passes as opposed to dribbling toward 2 trapping defenders would help bring them both closer together.

I've noticed. Sad thing is that issue was supposedly a point of emphasis in the off season "rule adjustments" for officials. Along with not being allowed to bump into a defender in attempt to draw a foul (ahemm, Martin tonight at the end) and the play of getting a defender to jump and lean into him for a foul. I still see a whole lot of that going on.
Pinto is really really good. If not for synchronization issues, I'd mute and listen to him every game. At first, I liked our homer announcers and the way they get excited for our team. I have defended BD and Grant Long on several occasions. But now, their propaganda is beginning to wear me out.
@Fezzy Last one there is a rotten egg!

@mjokc88 The Mothership will broadcast those 6to's in crystal clear HD too. But not J. Lin's..
@Fezzy OKC just has phenomenal basketball talent with the big 3 especially. Not to mention one of the 3 biggest superstars on Earth .. Those win loss records are not due to great coaching. If Brooks had, say, Philly's roster, they'd be a hair above .500 at best
@ChilamBilam12 Yes. Our super tight lipped, paranoid front office really pisses me off. They get by with this now being 22-7 and all campers are happy. But be this way with a 7-22 record down the road and fans WILL quit them.
@Fezzy big time agree. I think people often overlook that they are just kids. I was dumb and unseasoned as hell at 23. I'm still dumb, but anyway..
@LPCes99 @deleted_1998213_Don'tStoptheSergeing @T-Fred I agree, if you have to go through SA with the Having home court. It significantly decreases your chances. They ate us alive in SA
@[censored] Durant had about 4 shots the last two possessions. Can't blame Russ on this. Kid Clutch pulled a Lebron
@Aren't Not disagreeing with you at all, but that's the way it's gonna be as long as Brooks is here. His philosophy is use our big 3 in iso. It's like any random street pick up game. I don't know why we even have practice. This offense can be taught/installed in one 5 minute session
@OkcBaby Scares me. Never seen a "sore foot" turn into something this big. He was playing really well too.
@thelaughingwiseman ^ what he said. Or ditto, or whatever. Bad loss
@Remify What was he supposed to do? Not guard him? It was a cheap foul. Martin flopped like a 30/30 rifle blasted him. Perk's rep and the flop got the whistle, there was no foul. Damn sure not a shooting foul.
@thelaughingwiseman This turnover problem is not going away. It's a huge problem
The Martin 2 shot foul (no foul to begin with) was every bit as bad as the Portland goaltend. We're even NBA.
It's very frustrating, wish you could disable the auto refresh

There are a lot of really good players in the NBA, OKC doesn't have all of them. It's tough, especially on the road. I agree I'm always up for improving, but some are just ridiculous.

Man! So much negativity here tonight. That was a bigtime win against a team that had ONE home loss. "fire Brooks" "do this" "do that". You realize OKC was in the WCF last season and has the BEST record in the whole entire league, right!? With a bunch of 24 year olds.. (Not directed to all, just the constant pessimist)
Think he was trying to step out of a driving Harden's way, then got hit with the pass.

Love it. Think it sure helps MVP ballot wise. His blocks are up too, I think
Collision needs a pair
Didn't take long for Perk to get tangled up with Duncan. and now another. Bench
Let's get it!
Yes, what he said ^, with an occasional guy coming up to set an on-ball screen.
News: Pinto said on the radio that he's at least 3-4 days out, and they'll reevaluate at that point.
@Ozarkhick that's awesome!
Me too. I asked the same thing up there before I saw yours. A sore foot? Must be really really sore
Will Thabo ever play again? What's the deal?!?!
Russ! No no no..yes!

hero needs to waiver to the guy with the beard for now
Why try a reverse Perk?! Go up and rip the rim off fool!
This is ugly. Lucky to only be down 8. Time to tune up
@PNT Apparently not, see postings above.

1. Lebron2. Dirk3. Kobe
Yep, if he's not afraid, he sure looked like it with every olè as Russ went to the rim.
Great move by Brooks in my opinion. Harden is so much better off the bench. Especially with Maynor out, we need him with the 2's as much as possible
@Old@Durienne @Daniel Man Game Blake received a pretty hefty chorus of boos last year in OKC. Not sure why, but he did. As if he chose LAC over OKC. Very odd
@Daniel Hawaii @Durienne @andrew35 Very very true. Russ does have marbles for some of the shots he takes
@MAPnOKC @ChilamBilam12 I dont know, but personally I love it. Good for several laughs a game.

@Air Bud Yup, back before we were all spoiled.
@Air Bud Fat Perk would still be a mid-court, laboring his way down the floor. I strongly disagree with fat Perk > Skinny Perk
And I have a spelling problem. Both need correcting.
We've got s turnover problem, consistently.
This game took 3 years off my life. It's just game 3.. Mannn

I think as Rubio grows into this NBA thing that he will be a 15ppg 11apg kind of guy. He is no doubt a pass first pg, but he showed me tonight he can shoot. I also think he will be an all-star someday. He is extremely talented and is a very clever, very smooth operator at the point. I'm was impressed. Especially impressed with it being his first real NBA game. He helped his team considerably down the stretch.
