@DocYogi I think you are off-base here and not being grounded in the current market for the Kings, like James is situated. The market for Kings tickets has been inflated for a LONG time.
So, James isn't missing the mark by saying that lower ticket prices would be a good thing. Also, the Kings don't sell out games anymore. They haven't for some time. So, opening up the games and lowering the prices to fill up the seats is right on target and would be welcomed change. What James is saying IS in tune with the market.
Also, there are other ways to make tickets more family friendly. Plenty of businesses offer tickets at reduced rates for kids. A package deal for a family would also be in order.
