Well done, Mike :) I remember getting Escape from Camp Deadly when I was about 12, and I could never complete it (Still got it). Good point on those special screws Nintendo use - seems like they pulled a Sony on us. Bastards!
Informative and honest as usual, Mike :) I think I might go out and get myself Quackshot (can't remember the title now) for the Mega Drive (I live in the UK) :) Fun trivia: "Going Quackers" was renamed "Quack Attack!" here in Europe, and was also released on the PS1 and PS2 :) Thanks for the video and keep up the good work, sir!
Hollywolly I've heard of it but never SEEN it... until now.
"Children of the Stones", a British TV serial from the 1970s, would be worthy of review, Mike :)
Tenchuu And a reasonably-trained left arm in case his right one gets tired. :)
WHAT was all that about? :)
Now that I've seen your take on BTTF: The Animated Series, Mike... I still have mixed feelings about it (although I do like your re-attempting of the infamous hairdryer/hot air balloon experiment at the end) :) I mean, BTTF: TAS is OK, but I don't get why every major motion picture back in the day had to be adapted into a cartoon series (BTTF, Ghostbusters... Men in Black was OK).
Why did every big movie need to be turned into a cartoon series!? Did BTTF Animated Series ever air in the UK? I doubt it.
I can think of another disadvantage for Blu-ray Discs: They're harder to rip than DVDs, not to mention they're not as widespread.
JamesAVGNFullMoonHowl Thank you, sir! :)
FullMoonHowl The DVD's are Region 0!? My God, what's been keeping me from getting them, then? :) (Joke)
What I'm curious about is how will the movie be released? I'm assuming DVD (obviously) but will it be available on Blu-ray for High Definition lovers like me? And will it be released in the UK (where I live), or will I have to get my video copy from the US?
I'll never think of Indy in the same away again, thanks to you guys. :)
This film also uses music from the movie "Flash Gordon" (with the Queen soundtrack)! The part from 06:34 to 06:54 is an extract from Ming the Merciless's theme from the FG movie.
I don't care if you have Cinderella on DVD, James... I have cartoons like Pingu (a Plasticine cartoon series about a penguin) and other peculiarities. :) Never had this packaging/catches/releases problem in the UK, by the way... so it might only affect US/Canadian DVDs/Blu-rays.
