@areayewhy Then I like my crow medium well. lol but as Royce said this seems pretty early on breaking up the core, and to me shows that no effort was made to try and make it work
2 years, 9 months ago on Thunder have talked about moving up to get Bradley Beal
I'd question exactly how smart Presti is if this happened. Seems really risky.
Anyone find it strange that after game 1 the media blasted Harden and praised Ginoboli as being the "real" sixth man. But after the last two games where Harden has outplayed Ginoboli by quite a margin, no one says anything?

@MisterJohnsonOKC @cemitten Harden???

I know this is being picky and in the end it doesn't matter, but I was looking at the voting totals earlier and something seemed funny. If James got all but four of the first place votes, and then three second place votes and no third place votes, does that mean that one of the voters that didn't vote James first also not even vote him second or third? I might be reading it wrong, but it just looked interesting.
2 years, 11 months ago on Harden credits the Jeff Green trade to help him ‘get it’
I thought it was pretty dang funny
2 years, 11 months ago on Video: Kate Upton annoys James Harden and Kevin Durant
@FF_pickups That was exactly my point. Look back to the date when Fisher joined the team. I don't think its coincidence that Hardens play has gone down since then. And I fully agree that a lot depends on if harden gets the calls.
3 years ago on Thunder Player Power Rankings: Stretch run
@OBoymuzik I should have put that differently. What I meant is when we got Fisher, is when it seems like Hardens play went down. I think it goes more with the fact that Brooks is playing Fisher too many minutes, especially at SG, than it does with Fisher himself.
Two words to describe whats wrong with Harden....Derek Fisher. I'm not saying Fisher is doing anything wrong, but it seems like since Fisher has been here Harden has been running the point almost 80% of the time when those two are on the court. And since when Harden runs point it's normally a high pick and roll it makes it much easier for teams to defend. Brooks needs to switch it up more before playoffs come.
The Clippers and the Lakers are probably the only teams remaining that I could see beating us, hopefully we take care of business.

@Lost Ones I'd like to see him shoot some mid range jumpers and maybe have us run some plays for him without the ball being in his hands, give teams something else to worry about.
3 years ago on 16 thoughts from the Heat-Thunder game
@dancassidy35 The way Harden navigates the lane would help him in terms of navigating and hiding in the jungle, but his unselfishness would probably be his downfall.

@okcjim I agree, but this doesn't just happen towards the end of games, it's pretty much every time they're on the court together.
3 years, 1 month ago on OKC closes the door on the Mavs, 95-91
@ATH @courtsense There's more to that, about five of those ten possessions where harden passed were plays ran for durant. Harden doesn't get much iso when KD and RW. I'd like to see them run some iso with him when those two are in as there's no way the d would come off either of them. In the end it's absurd to say that harden doesn't get frozen out by KD and RW
@walrusmuse Wow some of the guys that the Inside the NBA guys had are pretty questionable? Tyreke evans and Nene. And how could Charles put Harrington on his list and not Harden?? smh

I know positions don't matter with the reserves, but seriously 4 point guards and 4 power forwards?! I think that needs to change
3 years, 2 months ago on Russell Westbrook selected as a Western All-Star reserve
@ThunderWins@RRRWHOAAAA@dantheman I've also noticed that we play our help defense too far off our man. Saw it at least 5 or 6 times the past two games
3 years, 2 months ago on Thursday Bolts – 2.9.12
@f5alcon Unfortunately you're probably right, I think the only thing that might help his case is that there really aren't many guards that are absolutely killing it right now.
I really think it'd be a crime if Harden doesn't make the All-Star team, but I don't have a good feeling about it.
@Jooseppi You can probably have them sign the trailblazers commentators also, they cry about everything

Meant to put this on the game recap but I fell asleep. After watching the game last night, there's no doubt in my mind we made the right choice picking Harden over Curry. Curry is a great player but Harden just does so many good things for us.
@hbelvoir How many times has the opposite been the case
3 years, 2 months ago on Thunder at Warriors: Pregame Primer
@OkcBaby While I don't think it's quite where it should be, you can definitely tell that KD and RW are trusting Harden more and giving him opportunities to run things. I just wish they were better at this towards end of close games.
Is it going too far saying that we have three top 30 players on our team at this moment? I really think we'll get three all-stars this season
@Royce Young@[censored] I think the only reason why it hasn't hurt us too much is the fact that Durant, Harden and Westbrook are all rebounding higher than their career averages. While I don't expect a whole lot from Perk, I do want him to rebound at a higher rate.
3 years, 2 months ago on DT Mailbag: Thunder killers
@JeremyBrewer I feel a lot of the problems with RW comes from Scott Brooks and the offense he calls. A few changes, big one being letting Harden run the offense more. So I feel you don't trade Westbrook unless its for a super star. I could see a scenario where Ibaka gets traded, maybe packaged with Sef.
3 years, 3 months ago on Tuesday Bolts - 12.27.11
@JimboSlice Completely agree, I feel Harden has played his way into becoming a must sign. Not completely familiar with what Restricted Free Agent means but would we have to worry about some team offering too much for Harden and the Thunder not wanting to match.
@[censored] would you say that harden stepping up his game has more to do with Ibaka being the choice to be let go or would the fact that Ibaka seeming to take a step back plus the reason you stated, be the reason
I trust Presti will figure out a way to keep the core together, but if it came down to it who in your opinion would be the one to be let go. I feel right now Ibaka would be the more disposable one, especially if he can't get things going. I can also see a scenario where harden would be the one, guess it all depends on what route the team wants to go.
@Jax Raging Bile Duct Wow, more than I could have expected! Thanks!! Mickey Mantles and Red Prime sound like good places and we'll probably check those out. And they say there's nothing to in OKC?!? Once again thanks for the suggestions and comments fellas!!

@TreyFiveOnMyBack We're both from Tempe, Never been to Oklahoma how is the weather in January
@Jax Raging Bile Duct We'll be most likely talking taxis around to the game, as the hotel is about 4 miles from the arena. Both over 21 so bars and things of that nature would be best. Being from Arizona, We're both probably tired of mexican food, so anything but that is fine. Money isn't too much of a problem but nothing too expensive is preferable. Been planning a trip for awhile and the back to back to back fell perfect.
Don't mean to hijack a thread... But a friend of mine and I are flying from AZ to OKC January 5th through the 9th to catch the book ends of the back to back to back. Any suggestions for food, entertainment besides the games and we'll need a good sports bar for the Saturday night game. Any help is appreciated!!! Thunderup
