Lebron better get used to playing PF because the coaches have to put him there with only three real big men on the team.
2 years, 5 months ago on Westbrook, Durant and Harden all make Team USA
@mattmematt Don't let the loss get to you too much. To keep things in perspective this is your favorite team losing versus something more serious like a loved one dying.

@spinningplates Our lead would have been bigger if a few of those went in.
@spinningplates Yeah we're doing okay; we missed some makeable shots.
I just started watching a few minutes ago but here are my observations:
1. We are getting good shots but they are not falling in.
2. Westbrook leaves his man open too much to help on defense.
3. Westbrook is keeping us in this game.
@courtsense No more questions for you bro.

@thelaughingwiseman Okay good point; I was thinking of one versus one matchups.

@shiki I hope you both are right; I saw Battier on Durant earlier this season and thought he did a good job.
This is the Heat lineup that scares me: Lebron-Wade-Battier-Bosh-Haslem with Lebron guarding Westbrook, Wade on Harden, and Battier on Durant.
If I'm Spoelstra then I am trying that Heat lineup right away.
@Jooseppi @neo12 Thanks; it helps me to remember the schedule as "Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday...Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday...Tuesday"

We have to use this lineup a ton for the rest of the series.

Pop is playing his big three a lot of minutes. I think he is scared of the Thunder :-)
2 years, 6 months ago on Thunder at Spurs: Game 1 Pregame Primer
@neo12 @Lost Ones I figure our scouts should have come up with ideas; if I was Thunder management I would send all their scouts to watch every Spurs game and to dissect them as much as possible.

Almost 2000 comments. I am helping us get there.
2 years, 7 months ago on Thunder at Lakers: Game 4 Pregame Primer
@CDSpark He took a really long time to get to the press conference after game three. The waits for Kobe seem to be routine.
@Lost Ones @LPCes99 I think KD was offended that the reporter said KD struggled during the game. KD said "It's not like I went 9 for 30; I went 9 for 15".
2 years, 7 months ago on Lakers vs. Thunder: Game 2 Pregame Primer
@Lost Ones @LPCes99 Why he was passing the ball so much? Was it the Lakers or was it his choice (okay I have a fuzzy memory on the second option)?
2 years, 7 months ago on Lakers vs. Thunder: Game 1 Pregame Primer
Oh my gosh; we only had one turnover the first half.
@LPCes99 @AllDae We shouldn't be rusty; they have had practices during the week.

@OBoymuzik Thanks a bunch. I was wondering how Perkins was doing.
2 years, 7 months ago on Thunder sweep the Mavs behind Harden’s career night, 103-97
@OKCBornandBred In other words Durant is getting more rest during a playoff game compared to a regular season game.
2 years, 7 months ago on Mavericks vs. Thunder: Game 2 Pregame Primer
@OKCBornandBred I think all his minutes have less of an effect since playoff games take longer. Tonight's game lasted about three hours versus a regular season game that is two and a half hours.
@EVDebs I would be terrified if I was in his position.
@Zach99 I can't complain considering Durant shoved Marion in the chest to get free.

@FREE_COLE Okay well if you believe in it so be it.
By the way that's awesome you play tennis at the college level. I barely cracked the varsity team in high school.
2 years, 8 months ago on Thunder at Timberwolves: Pregame Primer
@FREE_COLE Didn't mean to sound sarcastic on that last sentence.
@FREE_COLE No need to be superstitious; you just happened to tune into the Wolves making a run. It's not like the players know you are watching or not watching and get inspired or uninspired.
@Thunder247 Yeah but can you genuinely believe you are the best team when you do not face a team that is as good as your team if not better? If we face the Spurs and beat them then we know for sure we are the better team.
2 years, 8 months ago on Raptors vs. Thunder: Pregame Primer
@Unstoppable35 @ThunderWins You're probably just uneasy about losing because we are not winning by more.
@dollarbillrussell @ILikePancakes @mjokc88 I wouldn't mind if the playoffs started tomorrow, other than the Spurs currently having the number one seed.
@Unstoppable35 The Raptors are still NBA players despite not having a great record; they can still put up a good fight.
@ILikePancakes @mjokc88 I want the playoffs to start :-) I am curious to see how we finish the season, but I am also waiting for the playoffs to start.
@neo12 Oh good point; I thought about Gregg resting his players but I did not think he would since the one seed is not secure for them this year.
2 years, 8 months ago on Grizzlies kill the buzz topping the Thunder, 94-88.
Whoops I was mistaken; the Spurs have three stretches of four games in five nights.
Their schedule is the following:
-Three games in four nights.
-Four games in five nights.
-A game with a day of rest before and after.
-Four games in five nights which includes a back to back to back.
-Finally four games in five nights.
Spurs have two stretches of 4 games in 5 nights; one of those stretches is a back to back to back.
Spurs play 16 games in a span of 24 days which comes out to be 2 games every three days. Factor in fatigue and I think we may hang on to the #1 seed.
@Unstoppable35 You can't dwell on that because it's unrealistic to expect to make all your free throws; to go 24 for 24 would have been incredible.
2 years, 8 months ago on Grizzlies vs. Thunder: Pregame Primer
@Crow I'd say Nazr gets a few minutes at least; if anything his minutes give other big men a few more minutes of rest.

@diddoff @Shake Down the Thunder One of the funnier April Fools Day stories I have heard is this: a husband told his wife that the landlord had raised the rent. By the time the husband told his wife that it was an April Fools Day joke the wife had an angry conversation with the landlord.
2 years, 8 months ago on Bulls vs. Thunder: Pregame Primer
@diddoff @Shake Down the Thunder I meant that Royce was playing the April Fool's prank rather than you.
@Shake Down the Thunder @diddoff If it wasn't April Fools Day I would take that report more seriously.
@persiansooner13 I wonder if Russ is more relaxed knowing he has a veteran backing him up rather than having a rookie back him up. It could be the same type of thing where Russ was playing better after he got his extension.
@Jooseppi Snap. Crackle. Pick and Pop.
