My first choice would be to sell online and second would be a garage sale. Taking part in a second hand market is now another great option. Thanks for sharing. Time to look for one or two near my area.

Time is indeed one of the things that everyone asks for but most do not know how to manage it. I think the key is really to prioritize and not commit on so many things. I'd also love to think that I invest my time wisely but I know I can still do better. I'll keep working on that. Great post by the way!

For me being wealthy is not having to worry where you'll get the money to pay for bills and what-nots. It's being able to breathe calmly knowing that you already got it covered. I'm still working on getting there.

The sad thing is that most PR agencies look at those numbers when deciding whether to work with you or not. They also look at Klout scores, and follow to follower ratios.

Wow, definitely an ambitious goal, yet it should be achievable in the next few years. Personally, i sent a great deal of time and money getting my graduate degree and really enjoy that field. If, and that is a big if, I can make enough to be able to take a few years off from working, I would like to finish my PHd and shift my career path completely.

Online income seems like the new pot of gold, and I, too, worry that it might "dry" up soon. However, it seems like you have your ducks in a row with real estate.

All the best with this, Corey. I am excited to see your progress.
