@Newtothis ok reboot your pc. I too had this same problem. A reboot to my pc fixes it. I think you have to hold power and home again and re do the dfu mode too.
@Newtothis you need to use redsnow to boot tetherd to make cydia work

i belive ipoduplink on facebook had said something abought the changes apple hade made to siri
i tryed the link. but my browser wont open it now. nor the link to check the server...so think its related to that too. i too hope it will come back and work. i copyed my plist file and saved it, but think it may take a delete and reconnect to work after the changes.... but idk for sure. so i guess i wouldnt delete anything yet.
