Roughly 30 million will be added to each teams salary cap. So if the new deal was in effect this year we would see cap at $87,623,000 compared with the 58.679 million this year (that is with everything else static too). So we could see $100 million salary cap very soon.

@Jax Raging Bile Duct I have been using it for 30 min.  The thunder never win the championship.  They lose to the Pacers, Bulls, Heat, Magic, and Celtics.  Really Accuscore and Hollinger The Thunder losing 50 + times to the celtics, pacers, and magic?

Skip Bayless grew up during an era of Sooner perfection. Like my family and I, we want the Sooners to be perfect. Negative yard for the other team. No points scored on us. And the Sooners must score whenever they touch the ball. Yes I know this is perfection but it is something to strive for because the Sooners won for so long. Now, sadly, it is partially being seen with OSU on offense. So when the Okie state received The Oklahoma City Thunder, I feel that our transference of striving for perfection. No matter how unrealistic it is, we want them to do better. We want them, as fans, to play the perfect game. --- IMO

@f5alcon it is more fun to think about the funny named diseases out there. Plantar Fasciitis needs to have a name change. No more boring dead language names. We need more cool disease names like Gout, Mallet Toes, or Front Range Sickness.

Possible issues Thabo could have according to the statement on basketball reference (strained tendon in right foot.) Metatarsalgia, Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon injury, tendinitis, Mallet toes, or Claw toes. I am not saying it is any of these or it could be something else. I just wanted to write Mallet toes and Claw toes in a post.

@Old Man Game@courtsense I mean if you owned the network wouldn't your goal be to make the most money? And then what brings you the money is your clients. Thus you change your stories and create your stories based on your clients, viewers, readers, etc...

2 years, 10 months ago on Thunder at Warriors: Pregame Primer

Reply

@Old Man Game@courtsense I do not think it is an outrage. I think it is the network trying to make the most money by pleasing the biggest markets. It is probably not the most ethical or moral thing to do but it is what brings in the most money. The NBA as seen from this lockout is trying to make the most money.
