So, did it turn out that OKC essentially got Lamb and Adams for Harden, or is there another player I'm forgetting about somewhere?

Well, regardless of whether the Harden trade was a "basketball" trade or a "financial" trade, it's still perfectly reasonable to think that the fading genius that is Sam Presti coulda/woulda/shoulda gotten much more in return.

5 months, 1 week ago on Thunder select Steven Adams with the No. 12 overall pick
Sources say OKC plans to amnesty Adams, sign Perkins to long-term extension...
Apparently there weren't any franchise coaches available at #12...
Scary thought: If he could go back in as the player he is today, Ibaka woulda been the #1 pick in this draft.

I sure hope LaMarcus Aldridge is still there at 12...
Can OKC package their 2 first-rounders and the high second rounder and trade up for a Head Coach?
6 months, 2 weeks ago on Thunder land the 12th pick in the 2013 draft
@senseandsenescence @courtsense So they got the #12 pick, or perhaps higher? or perhaps lower?
6 months, 3 weeks ago on How much do the Thunder miss Harden right now?
So where does OkC stand vis-a-vis the Toronto draft pick - do they get the lottery pick or not?
It must be weird for Harden to be the second-best lefty on the floor.

@ou_sas 1,741. Give or take.
@El Prez If Nick Collison were the man he was several minutes ago, he'd take a flamethrower to this place!
@C-Wil Don't worry guys, we'll be even hungrier next year after going out in the first round this year. Don't worry guys, we have Toronto's lottery pick next year. Don't worry guys, Westbrook will be back. Don't worry guys, we'll just amnesty Perk. Don't worry guys. KD is tired of being #2.
Floppy Flopperson flopping off the ball.
@JimboSlice Right there with you!
Am I the only one who wonders if OKC would be better off with Westbrook and without KD right now?
Question: would you rather have a lottery pick next year (probably another 19-year old who'll need 3-4 years to develop and contribute) or another veteran who could contribute to a win right here and now tonight?
Not to rub it in, or waste space pointing out the obvious, but it occurs to me that whereas LBJ has approximately 114 ways to impact/win a game, Durant really only has a couple. And that's why the MVP is so easy to decide.
@El Prez When you say you hate both of those guys, do you mean Perk and Harden or Perk and Parsons?
