@Marty_McFly321 Haha, even Magic backed off of those comments pretty quick.

@35 4 Finals MVP @FunakiEjectsAnother @ThunderWins Rose pre-knee injury is the only guy comparable if we are just talking pure athletic ability.
@DanielLawler @Aren't Some of the statements on this thread sure are more entertaining, thats for sure.

@d21 @Old Man Game @35 4 Finals MVP couldn't agree with this statement more. He has shown flashes of being an excelent PnR big.
@King of Carrot Flowers the third The problem with that is if Adams gets in foul trouble early, which could happen with rookie nerves starting in the WCF. We need him late in games.
@Old Man Game @ThunderRegulator @d21 wow, completely forgot about that.
@d21 @Old Man Game I don't know man, I doubt it. That's not really Pops game.
@eallen7 @CoachLee_ @ThunderRegulator because if we keep "building for the future," Westrbook and Durant are as good as gone.
3 months ago on Grizzlies even up despite some late magic from the Thunder
I know this doesn't have much to do with this game, but just something on my mind.
I like the potential of Lamb and Jones as much as anyone, but if they are going to ride the bench in the games that matter, than why even hold on to them. We should try to trade them to get some real assets that will help us in the games that matter, and I'm not talking about getting a guy in his mid 30's in the tail-end of their career. I'm talking about a 25-27ish year old in his prime to help us win now.
For those who care, they are about to talk about KD on First Take. For those of you who ignored this comment, I can't say that I really blame you.

@Perk-Punt @ThunderRegulator completely forgot that they changed up their front office.

I know this is an absolute fantasy land trade and one I think everyone has exhausted, but I'm going to be that guy. Why not try to trade for Love. Ibaka and a couple of young assets/Dallas pick (potentially throw Perk in there). I know Love wasn't too happy with the organization last year and it was almost a given that he would leave in free agency, so the Wolves would most likely try to get something for him, rather than just let him walk. Unfortunately, they are winning right now, and actually look to be a playoff team.
Orton not only playing with athleticism right now, but a pretty good basketball IQ as well.

Loving what I'm seeing from Orton.
A lot of Adam's game is very easy to improve on, and he shows the athleticism that he can do just that.
Def a project...
If you want some entertainment for the day, check out the comments on the article about the Thunder being named SBJ team of the year. Some Seattle fans man...

@Satiric Beverley @ThunderRegulator We need his points dude, most people who dog on him say that he takes to many shots.
If anything good has come out of this it's that Skip Bayless' argument for the last 2 years is now clearly garbage.
@RWolverine @ThunderRegulator @ChilamBilam12 Agree. Tell me when you find someone better than KD to help our team out.
@RWolverine @ChilamBilam12 You are being a little bit extreme as well. I'm all for criticizing players, and KD needs to step it up in the 4th, but you can't just throw what he did the first 3 quarters out the window.
@ChilamBilam12 agree for the most part, but can't say that the first 3 quarter number are "meaningless." We wouldn't be in the position we were in without them.
@OBoy We should just trade him.
@Nicky Scarfo couldn't afford Harden, what makes you think we can afford Dwight?
@RWolverine @supreme35 I mean, I don't really know what you're saying. Do you think we have lost because of KD? If he wasn't playing how he was, we'd be losing these games by 20 plus.
@RWolverine man, the best sports writers in the country are talking about how good KD is playing right now. No one can win alone, look at the history of the NBA.
@ChilamBilam12 Guys, we really need to pump the breaks on some of these comments. Perk's been playing bad, but do you remember what we were saying with Krstic?
@Stringer Bell If I could like this 1,000 times I would. Couldn't agree more.
@ErickAF Can you catch a basketball?
@ChilamBilam12 fatigue man, playing too many minutes and doing everything when he is in there.
@fireBrooks @GREENE1148 look at all the LeBron Cavs teams, theory doesn't hold up man...
@fireBrooks what are you talking about? Who do we have on our team right now that is better than anyone else on Memphis other than KD?
@Oklahoma City thunder for the win Rockets. Ironically, the Rockets are who is going to win this series for Memphis.
Hopefully we can at least make it interesting by winning at home Wednesday.
Patrick Beverly sucks.
@Lost Ones Oh my bad, didn't see you said in an OT game. I agree.
@Lost Ones we're missing a guy that is averages over 20 a game...
@Amnesty Perkins @C-Wil poorly officiated game on both sides of the ball. That last foul that they didn't call on Randolph when he hooked KD's arm was ridiculous though, gotta call that.
LOVE Derek Fisher's veteran leadership!
Honestly, as ugly as our defense played last night, what this loss really comes down to is the fact that our guards did not make shots. Our defense was especially bad last night, but a lot of teams have scored that many points on us and we more often than not came out on top. I know, obviously that was with Westbrook, but if Martin played at least a little bit better (which is not that hard considering how bad he played), we could have seen a different outcome.

What did the CBS Houston article say? It didn't come up for me.

@Oklahoma City Thunder @DXL And right now he is playing like he is worth exactly that:
1 year, 3 months ago on Thursday Bolts – 4.4.13
@DXL I think Jeff Green is a guy who once his role is clear to him, can be a great player. The problem was that he never could figure out his role on this team. Some of that blame goes on Brooks.
It is worth mentioning that this was the year after we lost to the Lakers due to a last second tip in by Pau and it was a no brainer that we needed some firepower down low to defend against what was at the time one of the most talented front courts in the league. How times have changed.
@Zach99 I agree with Green getting traded being an opportunity for another player to shine, but that player was not Ibaka, it was James Harden. When Harden was here, it for sure seemed like the right move, as that helped Harden all of the sudden blossom into the player he is today. Obviously you can't read into the future and see that we were going to trade Harden away a couple of years later, but he is the guy that got better after that trade.
@PerkSmile Come on, you and I both know that he is playing at a level much higher than an average "bench player."
