@OKC035 @thunder_mike @Tvaddic Oh my bad I'm not watching now. I just remember the audience a few weeks ago.
2 days, 19 hours ago on Thursday Bolts – 12.18.14
@Tvaddic I think the Youtube stuff was better. No live audience to pander to and no commercials. The TV thing is too stiff.
@Meh.. @thunder_mike @ Luke To me the Clippers are like the Pacers of the West. They had a nice team with some nice series, but you never really thought they could win a championship or even beat Miami in a series.
@Meh.. @ Luke The "Meh" reference was totally coincidence
@Meh.. @ Luke I have no statistical or empirical backing for this, but they just seem like a dumb team to me. They have all the tools to be ridiculous, but I just watch their games thinking "meh". Maybe the Spurs and Thunder have spoiled me.
@Funaki you dude @thunder_mike I would take Bledsoe or Dragic. Thomas is a great scorer but might be a defensive liability in the playoffs.

@Funaki you dude @thunder_mike The reason I would take Lin is that his whole career has been under intense pressure and storylines. Coming to OKC would allow him to relax and solely focus on winning. There may be better PG's available, but they're probably young and on their first contracts. I don't really wanna rely on a 2nd year guy to lead our bench in the WCF. Lin showed in NY that he can be a playmaker, and he really works hard to move the ball and get guys involved.
Again, I want RJ as option 1 2 and 3, but I wouldn't hate Lin on the cheap.
Ideally we definitely want to keep Reggie by almost any means necessary. BUT if he wasn't interested in staying, I would take Jeremy Lin for a discount. Houston was a crap situation. They signed him to the max (which was mostly a publicity stunt), then scrapped that whole thing when Harden and Howard came along (I'm not saying that was a bad idea, just a crappy turn of events for him). Plus he doesn't flagrant foul people and celebrate like Patrick Beverly, apparently that makes you an elite defender.
I think he'd love to come and just setup KD and Serge all day, and just shoot open 3-pointers when Russ is in the game. Again, keeping Reggie is ideal, but this isn't a bad contingency for the right price.
Also hell yes to Wesley Matthews if we could get him.
@Wellington S @KC_Thunder It's overused, but All I Do Is Win is still hot after a victory
1 week, 4 days ago on Three straight for the Thunder as they coast past the Bucks, 114-101
@Pancakes and Blouses @thunder_mike @Es Wild @Legendary_Dork oh he was a disaster at initiating a break, but if he was the final pass to the rim, I always had a decent amount of confidence he would finish
@Es Wild @Legendary_Dork I kinda feel like we'll miss Thabo's finishing ability. Roberson is athletic and can dunk, but Thabo was surprisingly reliable at finishing a fast break, which is a pretty important thing for this team.
@anonymous12345 @Kivman Someone's about to get paid. Congrats!

That was 100% BS
I really hope we win. I don't think there is a more satisfying team to talk trash about
Our only hope is that Houston's curse against OKC supercede's the our injury curse #garbage
Houston is a roster of Mitches
Ish has the most useless athleticism
@Divine Mortal @Mother Theresa Depends on the team. Harden has always played with superstars. Pierce carried some god-awful Celtics teams, which made a difference in the Finals runs.
Edit: If I wanna win a chip, I take Prime Pierce.

For what it's worth, on the Fox Sports Broadcast, you could see people trying to start an MVP chant for Perk. It was just like 2 frat boys, but they were pretty close to the court.
1 month, 1 week ago on Tuesday Bolts – 11.11.14
@TheresABabyFaceUnderMyBeard @Perk has a lot of value The guy that finished took like 5 steps after getting the ball

@Chandler Bing. @thunder_mike Definitely. If we're gonna sign someone useless, we should've got someone marketable. Sign Patrick Ewing to a 10-day
1 month, 2 weeks ago on Dealing Reggie Jackson: What’s realistic and what’s not
We should've signed Iverson, just so I could get the jersey
Let RJ be a star, send him to Milwaukee
Has Sebastian Telfair never had a consistent shot? I find it odd that he thought he could be an NBA player at his size without being able to hit wide open shots.
1 month, 2 weeks ago on And then there were seven: Thunder fall in Toronto 100-88
@okcjim @Durantacula @McLasch Lamb's injury is a little concerning. Back injuries are never good, but when you see what kind of weight gain he's made in the off-season and how much pressure he's been under to get that 2 spot, it makes me wonder if he's over-trained and aggravated a nerve or something. That stuff can take some time to get right.
1 month, 2 weeks ago on Perry Jones fractures the Nuggets, 102-91
@_justin I'm probably oversimplifying the Harden/Lamb thing so ignore that part, but I think Perk is in a good position to come off the bench.
1 month, 3 weeks ago on Thunder run out of gas in Portland, 106-89
@_justin I think that some people shine from the bench. It's a low pressure position on the depth chart. Remember when Brooks started Harden and Lamb when Thabo was out? They were both terrible in those few games. They eventually got better as time progressed, but I think Perk is in a sweet spot providing 15 relief minutes. If you start him, he starts doing too much and get rocked.
Damn brooks, you were doing so good. Gonna wait till we're down by 20 to put Russ..

This has got to be the most offense-less lineup in Thunder history
@DanielLawler Well if I remember correctly, his hyped up special was on MTV, so ya...
Perry looks gas'd. Or bored. Can't tell
Kaman just jumped like 12 times under the basket
Literally in an alternate universe right now
Honestly at this point ESPN is gonna repeat everything we've been reading for the whole summer, much more interesting to hear the new announcer
Cage is already way better than Grant Long
Man, OKC interviews are brutal.
Reporter: Hi this is my question... also this is the answer that I'm going to put in my article regardless of what you say. Do you agree?
Player: ... ya

@Johnny Thunder As opposed to WESTBR00K?
4 months ago on How it’s all going to play out, 2014-15 edition
Not that it's a huge offseason topic at all, but any word on who will be replacing Grant Long? Desmond Mason is probably the clear choice, but I heard someone suggest Jim Ross, which honestly would be hilarious. Brian Davis and his complete opposite calling Thunder games would be entertaining.
4 months, 2 weeks ago on Kevin Durant withdraws from the 2014 World Cup
I like how Perk is the most garbage center in history until someone proposes a trade scenario, then nothing is worth losing his defense
4 months, 3 weeks ago on Thursday Bolts – 7.31.14
Just heard the BS Report. Good. God... if we ever win a title without Harden, I'm already looking forward to hearing Bill Simmons take credit for "motiviating" the Thunder a la Skip Bayless

@KC_Thunder As a former Allen Iverson and Tracy McGrady fan, I can save Pau the trouble and tell him that Carmelo will never win a championship. He's just a really good scorer in a scorers league.
5 months, 1 week ago on The Kevin Martin trade exception expires today
@L0rv @thunder_mike To be fair the Laker's big 3 championship contender turned into a D-League team over the last 2 years, injuries like that will happen. I think his injury concerns go way down in OKC.
5 months, 3 weeks ago on How to get Pau Gasol and still pay him some
So obviously they have the ringgzzz on us, but saying that we're sticking with the Spurs model of small market dominance. Would Pau Gasol already be a bigger free agent signing than the Spurs have had in the Pop era? Michael Finley is the only big one I remember, and he was on the last leg of his prime.
So is there seriously an anti-Gasol faction? We can upgrade from Perk and get an HOF'er who is still really good, and we're worried about Adams' development? Mind is blown...
@AIaska DT Offseason in a nutshell: Every free agent not named Lebron is overpaid, declining garbage.
