Is there a youtube video of the 4 3-pointers we hit in the 4th quarter against Indiana?

Wow, curveball? Weird that Royce would parallel this to the Harden deal. The only similarity is the timing. Talent, attitude, and player relationships are on different planets. Reggie did this whole thing basically to himself.

@L0rv @propsizzle I kinda have no faith in Dion's ability to finish at the rim. It always looks like the ball accidentally drops in.

@Durants Shimmy Yes because of prime Westbrook and KD (and probably Ibaka) and our deepest bench

Highlights are small sample size but Kanter seems to have really soft hands. If anything he might be our only big man that can catch Russ's lightning passes

@mattchant @thunder_mike It's happened before. Attitude trumps talent. I know you don't think that it does because you think Reggie is some career mastermind, but this dumbass is just burning his money. He's willing to step away from a championship run because he doesn't have a position he doesn't even deserve. You can't succeed with people like that on your team.

@lockness11 Because he doesn't want to be here, and he lets his game show it. Probably don't want to roll the dice on him going full pissy baby mode in the playoffs and see if you can get value.

@nowthatsThunderBball @Tommy_Parker @Perk has a lot of value No one is attracted to playing with Melo. Dude is a great scorer but doesn't care about anything else enough to ever win in this league.

@KC_Thunder THANK YOU. can we please stop comparing this garbage deal to the Harden situation. Harden deserved his money and still kept quiet the whole time (still speaks well of the organization and his teammates to this day). RJ hasn't done CRAP in this league and is demanding that the team moves a top 3 PG to SG so he can start or he's out? Deuces, send him to the Knicks.

Reply

@ Luke @CDNBallJunkie As long as we aren't complete garbage, Russ will stay. He is making major bank with endorsements so he isn't worried about that. Plus I honestly think he enjoys being in a market where the media is kinda scared of him and lets him do whatever he wants. Big markets with paparazzi and major publications are probably not his style.

Reggie is hellbent on being a starter, but he is not a better PG than Russ, and Russ is best utilized as a PG, not an SG. This is what we call an impasse.

In any and every job where you actually have a boss. If you run your mouth even in SECRET about wanting a new job and how you can't wait to get out, if your boss hears about it he will probably fire you. Reggie has basically been saying it to the media for the last 6 months.

Also in the real world, if you boss knows he's going to fire you, he'll hire someone to learn your job before he gets rid of you (Dion). I really don't know what Presti could have done to stop this.

And this is nothing like the Harden situation. Harden was all about money that he PROBABLY deserved. Reggie hasn't earned anything that he has demanded except to play over Dion.

@_justin @Lost Ones So are we just denying reality now? He said all summer that he won't be satisfied until he's a starter in the league. Presti said they would match any offer sheet this summer. And you're right. That's dumb.
