Your cheap broke movie will be 100x more interesting than most of the 100-200 million dollar titles that Hollywood shits out regularly. So much money is thrown at stuff like Transformers and Avatar but it ultimately does nothing but disappoint since the characters and plot are always utter garbage. Their logic is that special effects will just CARRY the movie and that's all that matters... but sadly, they're right. They're profiting off that shit and are all rich, so how can you say they're wrong? You can hate things like Twilight all day long but in the end that bitch behind them is EXTREMELY RICH now. The entertainment industry has just gotten stupid... people make and worship trash and the pubic at large just eats that shit up like it's good. I'm still waiting for movies to be good again. Your cheap work is a beacon of hope, really. Someone has got to be the one to stand up and state, "There are more important things than just how much money can be thrown into special effects". If not you, then who?

@classicgamelover85 His newest AVGN videos are as fun to watch as his older ones ever were. He didn't do sketches as much, but that was only ever the icing on the cake as far as I'm concerned. Now he's making a movie, and that'll be worth all the episodes we won't have gotten up until that point. Unlike most of today's Hollywood, the guy can actually write good stuff. His mere 200k budget movie will be far more entertaining than most multi million dollar PoS movies Hollywood throws out there.(Like Avatar. I fucking hate that crap.)

@KatieByrd Try using Mozilla and an Addon called AdBlock. I get no ads on any video, anywhere. I commonly watch videos at tgwtg, spoony, angryjoe, phelous, snob, avgn, etc, and I never get any ads. They boot straight to the video and it runs until it's done without any interruptions. I thought this feature was common knowledge at this point, as I've had this for years. The only website I get anything other than perfection on is Hulu. My Hulu videos still pause for the 30 or whatever seconds when an ad is "suppose" to be playing but it's just a blakc quiet screen until the timer runs out. That's it. The rest don't even do that. They just load the video and play start to finish, there's nothing else, which is good. I come for the show. I don't come for the 10millionth healthcare product or applebees shout out.
You can't really argue that I'm hurting anyone, because I never went to any advertised sites before, and now I still don't. There's no difference once so ever on their end. I just don't have to be burdened seeing them anymore. Unless you WANT to see the ads and go to them sometimes, then there's no point in having to see them. They just waste your time and also your bandwidth for having to load crap you don't want to even watch. Sure people like James are paid to have them on there, but I'm sure as hell not paid to watch them.
@Doogrisa @nowhere4321 Well the website is horrible. I only go there because I clicked one of James' videos and they are hosted on screwattack. I especially hate how when his ends... they auto start one of theirs, basically trying to force down your throat something you have no interest in and would otherwise ever look at. They also feature game lists that are among the worst ever made with very annoying voice counters in them.

Your common everyday Youtube users are among the lowest of IQ Humans this world can produce. You will lose an IQ point every time you read comments below a video or check your inbox.
Wow and I thought the Virtual Boy was bad. At least that had instructions, was easy to figure out, and did something other than put the screen closer to your face. It also had its own unique library of games. Wtf did this have? It's basically just another worthless Add On gimmick like the "Speed Board".

I hope he doesn't take any advice from that mentally retarded mailer. Also, the thought of ripping something off from Twilight really bothers me. Those movies are terrible and the biggest insult to vampirism ever made.(Even Buffy or Angel didn't sink that low) The last thing you'd want to do is rip any of those shit movies off. The whole idea of a rip off is to rip off something that was GOOD. Please ignore every single line of text from that rambling moron, along with anything else asylum patients send you.

@masterkjm4260 He has to sell the Dvd, naturally. But it's not like it'll be a lot... it might be 15$. The money he gets from selling the movie will pay off debts he will likely have because he probably won't have gotten enough to cover making it. If he doesn't need it for that, then he'll use it for the next projects. Either way, he needs it.

Most movies get in the hundreds of millions of dollars to create. Just to pick a random example, the 2007 Transformers had a 150 million dollar budget. 2009 Avatar was 237 million.(But you would think that with all that movie, they could write a decent script and characters... nope. Money can't buy everything)
Nice Commentary guys, I hope you do some more of these since we aren't getting any nerd episodes.

If you get ads, you're a sucker. I watch videos all the time from sites like this, Nes pink, and tgwtg, I never get ads. I have a lot of plugins, but I think it's Adblock. I also hit Hulu and don't get ads there either. The screen goes black when an ad is suppose to interrupt the show, but the ad doesn't play. It just has a black screen with the ad timer then resumes the show when the timer runs out. I see no reason not to block the ads, as I'm never, ever, going to go to the sites they advertise anyway. It's not like me not seeing the ads hurts anything.
