I started out preferring conservative style sport watches, explorer I, royal oak, and as I have learned more about watches I find that I am increasingly interested in more radical design, Big Bang, etc.
A travel watch should be easy to read and either have a day night indicator or a 24 hour display for the home time.
This watch would come in very handy, as a photographer there are two times during the day when the light is optimal, referred to as golden time, this is just after sunrise and just before sun set.
Nice watch would come in handy when on forced marches with my brother in law former US Army. Apparently getting lost in the woods is fun! Who knew.
I have my eye on a vintage watch at a local dealer, now all I need is a job.
The case besel and crown apear to be engraved to look like Damascus steel..

Cars seem to use the animal names more than watches. How about the Owl for a stelthly well lumed watch.
