I spend my days with professional services firms and many of the Baby Boomer leaders are still living in the past (BTW, I'm a GenXr). The few C-Suites that have evolved their thinking are already starting to reap the benefits.

Dan, thanks for the list and your perspective. Quite a timely topic for us as just last week I held a chat for folks in the A/E/C industry (architects, engineers, construction) -- used the #aecHingeMarketing Didn't know what to expect! It was pretty cool because the conversation included folks from across the US and over the pond to UK and Portugal.
