One thing I'd like to see Nintendo do is release some bundles with 3rd party games. Especially during the holiday season that is one way to draw more interest in 3rd party games and make 3rd party developers more willing to bring their games to Nintendo consoles.
1 month ago on The Score: Can the Wii U’s Holiday Lineup Compare to that of the PS4/One?
Think Nintendo definitely stacks up well. Other than Madden(which has been out for 3-4 months already on PS3/360) the Wii U has all the big 3rd party games PS4/XB1 will have in addition to a strong library of exclusives. Xbox One will have a strong lineup though.
When you look at best overall value though, I think Wii U wins in a landslide: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/nintendo-wii-u-deluxe-set-with-new-super-mario-bros-u-and-new-super-luigi-u/2287013.p?id=1219071221806
If you add 3DW and an extra Wiimote or Pro Controller to that bundle it likely costs the same as a PS4.
Plus, for those that have a Wii but have yet to upgrade, all their Wii peripherals and games will still work on the system.
When you look at value Xbox One is behind the PS4 and far behind the Wii U.
@Lasch was hoping to see both of them flop.

@Lost Ones Gundy hit the nail on the head early in the game: He's trying too hard to prove/shut up his critics.
@El Diego @[corporate shill] @'Stache Adams @dollarbillrussell Roberson needs to be in the gym shooting 1000 3s from every spot behind the arc every day.
@Legendary_Dork @Bry Bry @[corporate shill] he's in shape again.
He took 2011-2012 season off after winning the title....they even had him sit a few games to work on his conditioning.
Last year he was hurt coming into the year, think he may have even had knee surgery(or might have just been a sprain or something smaller) but he missed a lot of time, wasn't really in shape most of the season.

@Perk has a lot of value @SKELETORISBACK Maybe Van Gundy should be a detective. His observational skills are clearly impressive.

@SeinfeldOKC yes, the window is firmly closed shut. Its not like the Thunder have 2 of the top 5 players in the league or anything.
Did you really expect the Thunder, the smallest market team in the NBA, to be the first franchise in league history to have 3 max contract players, and a 4th near max guy? That just wasn't going to happen and anyone believing those 4 would be together long term was just being naive, stupid or both.
Please point to a trade where a team trading an All-Star caliber player got back a fair return. It doesn't happen. The Thunder got about what you would hope: instant replacement for Harden's production, possible future replacement for his production, and picks to acquire more talent. With the new CBA picks are a great source of cheap talent and thus have more value.
Also, Harden wasn't considered the best SG in the league before last season. His play/stats and subsequent rise were a direct result of increased playing time and usage(things he wouldn't have gotten in OKC). His trade value may have increased slightly with another season in OKC but any leverage OKC would have had would have been gone as Harden would have been free to sign wherever he pleased.
Was the trade a set back? Obviously. You don't lose an All-Star caliber player and not take a step back. Now OKC is relying on a lot more young talent than before, there are going to be growing pains, especially for the 2nd unit. Everyone is freaking out because Houston, Golden State, LAC went on splurges this summer and according to the talking heads they've over taken OKC as the contenders in the West.
How about we wait more than 3 games into the season to declare whether the window is closed or not.

@SeinfeldOKC change your name. You are a disgrace to Seinfeld.
Nintendo being sold to Disney would be ridiculous, however, a partnership between the companies could be pretty good for both.
