Man I can't stand "The Mavs didn't get dominated, so they're still very likely to win the series". Guess what...Dallas didn't dominate OKC either. OKC won both with a struggling Kevin Durant and is still waiting for the type of performance they showed against the Heat or Bulls, whereas Dallas doesn't seem to be able to be that better than they've already been. I don't understand why almost everybody wants to put OKC in such a tough position even though they looked like the vet team who could win even though their best player didn't play good twice.
@gnaygg I guess because they think both Harden and Ibaka would be getting Max-contracts on the open-market...
What do you think about this article?

@JamesChurch Nice one mate! Fortunately, it's 7 pm here :) Thank God for the Sunday Showcase :)
[censored] yeah I didn't like it either. Both Utah SFs had easy baskets cause Durant didn't pay attention on defense. I don't know why he's so sloppy this season when it comes to defending..
That headline just made me think about this scene..

Daniel HawaiiOzarkhick Psst...don't tell :D
okcjim I agree. That lack of defense killed us against the Spurs. Almost every single 3-pointer was the result of a collapsing defense because almost everyone ran at Parker instead of trying to shut down the paint. Russell could've gone under the screen, cause Parker isn't a good 3pt shooter (at least in the NBA)...unfortunately, everytime Parker went around the screen the double team came and sometimes 1 player had to guard 3 opponents..
Lambchop But JR Smith shouldn't really be a possibility. That guy doesn't fit the organisation at all....egoistic headcase who his stats more than a win. No, thank you.
f5alcon Too bad. I didn't realize how big his impact was until the games without him.
Old Man GameCrowRemify Agree. He at least would've altered the shots a lil bit...maybe he wouldn't have that streak till the 4th quarter when he nearly couldn't miss
The_Beard_KnowsCrow First Perk gotta learn how to jump :D
Crow I gotta admit I don't watch the german basketball league regularly (NBA takes enough time already). But during the European Championships, I didn't like Pleiss performance. He doesn't seem strong enough to me to compete with NBA centers....espcecially rebounding wise and defensively. Offensively, he might be able to score (big might)...but I don't see how Pleiss could be a rotation player in the NBA.
ILikePancakesTaoMaas I wouldn't say that. The problem was that we started sending two men to Tony...but Russell almost everytime didn't fight the screen and then a third man arrived, which resulted in two open men on the perimeter. Maybe a zone defense would've helped against the penetration...that may be a lil bit unhealthy against a team on fire from D I guess
CrowRemify I would have loved to see Thabo on Tony last night..maybe he could've somehow stopped him and his freaking penetration
Crow As far as Pleiss goes, he wouldn't grab even one rebound in a NBA game. He's way, way softer than Pau Gasol...and even Pau got called soft ;)
courtsense I really liked him in Boston. With Big Baby Davis they really kicked some ass in those 2010 Playoffs.
TheresABabyFaceUnderMyBeard That's true. But in the situation I described Perk just stood there and let Mahinmi run. We could be so much better defensively..but we ain't doing enough in my opionion. How the heck can Shawn "I can't believe I'm hitting anythin with that shot" Marion score 17 points on Kevin?! Besides his little floater he got nothing in his skillset that Kevin wouldn't be able to defend. Those are aspects that I hate to see in games..I mean theoretically we should be able to limit nearly every position in very game with the players we have (at least for a good amount of time)
