Those old ladies were the best. You have Marcella to thank for the Frozen by cats clip...I walked away for a minute and heard her laughing "FROZEN?! BY CATS?! That's CRAZY!"

God yes, regularly communication is key. I've experienced both sides of that with agency partners that communicate regularly and ones that don't. It makes all the difference in fostering a healthy relationship. Ultimately, you need to feel like any kind of agency partner has your best interests at heart and will proactively help you. That is impossible without open communication that is pushed by both.

Yay for being able to see comments!!! Sad clown was my fav!!! OMG. That baby is going to be a musician. I've heard stories about the Hubs reacting like that to certain songs as a baby, so it makes perfect sense.

Since I've been deep into writing web copy the last couple of weeks, this really hits home...as per @ginidietrich's usual voodoo magic. I'm definitely making an effort to write and rewrite our content for our customers. Helpful tips here as always.

@martinwaxman @katskrieger I just took on a new project where I will be building all of this from scratch. It really is community management, but I think the term gets somewhat of a bad wrap. Your elements elevate it to what it can truly do when done right. Does that make sense?
