This was all planned.  The police thugs are being used against the people in increasingly brutal and tragic ways.  There is absolutely no justification for any of this lunacy.

@Paul  They had wooden tampers with the stainless versions. I had to make myself one because the plastic one I had disappeared.  Wasn't very hard to do.

Great idea.  I had a stainless VitaMix from 1982 until 2006.  If they are willing to bring back the stainless containers, I REALLY want them to NOT use sleeve bearings at the bottom of the container.  That was a really weak point for that design.  The other weak spots were the handle and the gasket between the lid and the container that had to be replaced with some regularity.  Those stainless models also had a very powerful reversing motor, unlike the models with the plastic containers.  While it's kind of nice to watch what's going on in the container while it's processing, I do not like the plastic vessel that I now have.

I really don't want to buy another VitaMix but would if they brought back the stainless setup.  Plastic bites!

@rdarnitall You're right, so far--they haven't gone that far yet as to restrict one's right to move wherever one chooses.  Some who have financial hardships do not enjoy this same opportunity though.

@stormtrooper1991 Well, at least there was an EFFORT put forth there.  In Assachusetts, the criminals are going full steam ahead to get very stringent gun control "laws" in place--on top of an already liberal wet-dream set-up.  They're all patting themselves on the back and congratulating themselves for their great efforts.  I love this state but detest those who are unlawfully destroying it; and that includes so many of the Kalifornia transplants.  How far they've left behind the original spirit of independence and stand-up behavior that once characterized this state.

@PaulYannucci So you're apparently not aware that EVERY war has been financed by and nursed into being by the effing banksters?  It was OUR government's meddling, provocation and harassment of Japan that finally pushed them to attack at Pearl Harbor.  The ships that were set up like bowling pins for the attacking planes to destroy were an intentional order that the then commander objected to.  Perhaps you need to do some additional research and remember that the history taught to us all has been mainly lies and vital omissions.
