couldnt find your post re not being able to retire
but I feel where you are
I just turnned 75, no education, three babies by 19 years old due to no help
for abused kids back then, NO opportunities, created my own biz three times
sucessfullyeven a housecleaning biz that sent me to night classes
but no education to EVER get to where I could live without skipping gorceries
to pay utilities or going into debt on utilities to take a class
left the Big City to live cheaper
it has NOT turned out that way of course
no NO jobs for older women anywhere
started some internet work for myself, alwasy was a self starter
it gets me groceries this week but later this mo I have to make up utilities
water co was about to shut me off
paid that, but heat and elect are yelling at me still
THIS IS NOT LIFE or the pursuit of happiness
and huge creativity among the masses is stifled by constant struggle
Have not been abloe to spare even 5$ for the cmapaign
paid rent & got some groceries so now I will send 5$ to the campaign

In a Libertarian structure each community would have their own bank with local
administrators replaced by vote every few years and the whole community dediding where that bank would invest and trade.

Saying he is 'outraged' by the FDA's raids on peaceful dairy farmers and their customers, Paul has introduced legislation ... 'to allow the shipment and distribution of unpasteurized milk and milk products for human consumption across state lines,' in effect reversing the FDA's unconstitutional ban on such sales."
The "Food Safety Modernization Act" that was enacted earlier this year gives the FDA almost unlimited authority to decide if food is harmful, even without credible evidence. But farmers who have been persecuted by the FDA for selling raw milk, like Amish Farmer Dan Allgyer, are not backing down. Allgyer's case is going to court.
Citizens are irate that the FDA allows damaging junk food, but prevents people from making an educated, informed food choice in purchasing raw grass-fed milk.
According to the Washington Times, Attorney Jonathan Emord, who has defeated the FDA in court eight times, is focusing on the deeper issues that this case stems from.
Emord says:
"We would not be here today were it not for the fact that over the past seventy-five years, the Congress of the United States has delegated away to some 230 independent regulatory commissions the power to make law, the power to execute the law, and the power to judge law violation. That delegation of governing power from Congress to the unelected heads of the regulatory agencies violates the Constitution, which vests exclusively in Congress the obligation to make law".
