@TomD1228 How many of his "felonies" were for thought crimes? Sounds like this is a thought crime too. WHERE IS THE VICTIM? WHO WAS DAMAGED?

KANSAS! RE ESTABLISH THE FIRST PART OF THE 2ND AMENDMENT! A WELL REGULATED MILITIA with REGULATED in the same context as the framers intended.

@KansasBright @GrumpyOldGoat Is there any way to pump what you know into my head KansasBright? I just wish MORE people understood what you are writing.
@Norton1776 A pine tree? Poor pine tree.
@KansasBright LIKE,LIKE, LIKE, LIKE, LIKE
This is a simple one. BRING BACK THE STATE MILITIAS. BEING NECESSARY FOR THE SECURITY OF A FREE STATE had to do with ANY other state or entity, federal or otherwise trying to take away the rights of the state citizens. Invite Eric Holder to the state of Kansas and have an indictment waiting for him for FAST AND FURIOUS if it can be proven even ONE citizen of Kansas was harmed due to that crap.
@etheredge1701 That's right!

@TheBigGeezer But get you together somewhere in a GROUP and your mentality changes.
@refurb001yy IT's all part of the plan. Keep everyone divided and fuel both sides of the war so that everyone is fearful and will ask big brother, who is the instigator in the first place, for help. Hegalian dialectics.
@Don DeHoff @Polish puppy Good luck with that!
@fortuneteller43 Obama is building his POWERFUL civilian army that can't hit the broad side of a barn.
@grnma Why dey hav special privlgs cus they be black.
@SONOFAMILLIONAIRE Yes it will. Fear is what drives most people.
@HowardPettyjohn BS...he won by a minority vote. And stole the election. He belongs there as much as Fido does.
@gparra9 Too bad he isn't as bad a shot as that cop in NYC that shot 9 bystanders. He could have shot them all and said, gee, I was trying to hit this guy but missed.
@JamesDFletcher Well, think of this...If YOU are given everything you need by someone else and in the process that act of so called benevolence keeps you down. Man always looks for the easy way out and if someone is paying for your food, lodging and who knows what else, you have no INCENTIVE to get out of the situation. Eventually you grow to RESENT those who are "giving"all these "benefits"!
@harleydavidson IT lost mine YEARS ago.
I used to be a store detective years ago. And quite often than not caught black shoplifters in the stores I worked in shop lifting. What I found out was GETTING CAUGHT was the crime to them. They look at law as "whiteys" law and they feel that they don't need to obey it and that getting caught is the crime. One time I had a mother smack her 12 year old off the chair saying "I'll teach you to get caught!"...It most likely wont stop until the races are separated again, sad to say.
@JFidler When they come to take you to debtors prison...don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes.

@LJNIII You are so right. Except for one thing... WE HAVE GUNS and have been buying WAY MORE AMMO than Homeland Insecurity.
As Frederic Bastiat observed so many years ago when he wrote the law...
Victims of Lawful Plunder
Men naturally rebel against the injustice of which they are victims. Thus, when plunder is organized by law for the profit of those who make the law, all the plundered classes try somehow to enter-by peaceful or revolutionary means-into the making of laws. According to their degree of enlightenment, these plundered classes may propose one of two entirely different purposes when they attempt to attain political power: Either they may wish to stop lawful plunder, or they may wish to share in it. Woe to the nation when this latter purpose prevails among the mass victims of lawful plunder when they, in turn, seize the power to make the laws! Until that happens, the few practice lawful plunder upon the many, a common practice where the right to participate in the making of law is limited to a few persons. But then, participation in the making of law becomes universal. And then, men seek to balance their conflicting interests by universal plunder. Instead of rooting out the injustices found in society, they make these injustices general. As soon as the plundered classes gain political power, they establish a system of reprisals against other classes. They do not abolish legal plunder. (This objective would demand more enlightenment than they possess.) Instead, they emulate their evil predecessors by participating in this legal plunder, even though it is against their own interests. It is as if it were necessary, before a reign of justice appears, for everyone to suffer a cruel retribution-some for their evilness, and some for their lack of understanding.
Well, maybe you Christians should be good Christian soldiers and get a rifle so that if you pastor is being arrested for this you can shoot everyone involved in his arrest. PERIOD. When the GOVERNMENT fears the people there is FREEDOM. When the PEOPLE FEAR THE GOVERNMENT there is TYRANNY. Maybe it's getting close to the time that the PEOPLE make the GOVERNMENT fear the hell out of them.

If all the people in the Federal Government were to become a PITA, how many of them do you suppose there are if 9,000,000,000 pissed off people with guns were to stand up. That is 3% of our population. NINE MILLION. Their game would be OVER once and for all. @patriot9878

Want some awareness...read this:
I make the effort to share this information because it gives me, at last, a plausible answer to a long-unanswered question: Why, no matter how much intelligent goodwill exists in the world, is there so much war, suffering and injustice? It doesn’t seem to matter what creative plan, ideology, religion, or philosophy great minds come up with, nothing seems to improve our lot. Since the dawn of civilization, this pattern repeats itself over and over again. The answer is that civilization, as we know it, is largely the creation of psychopaths. All civilizations, our own included, have been built on slavery and mass murder. Psychopaths have played a disproportionate role in the development of civilization, because they are hard-wired to lie, kill, cheat, steal, torture, manipulate, and generally inflict great suffering on other humans without feeling any remorse, in order to establish their own sense of security through domination.
The inventor of civilization – the first tribal chieftain who successfully brainwashed an army of controlled mass murderers – was almost certainly a genetic psychopath. Since that momentous discovery, psychopaths have enjoyed a significant advantage over non-psychopaths in the struggle for power in civilizational hierarchies – especially military hierarchies. Behind the apparent insanity of contemporary history, is the actual insanity of psychopaths fighting to preserve their disproportionate power. And as their power grows ever-more-threatened, the psychopaths grow ever-more-desperate. We are witnessing the apotheosis of the overworld – the overlapping criminal syndicates that lurk above ordinary society and law just as the underworld lurks below it.

We may have to do a bit more than say NO. What was the that sheriff willing to do? ARREST THEM? If they would have resisted, what was the Sheriff willing to do? SHOOT THEM? Yes, I think so. @Michael Boldin @PaulSmith
And guess what....we have guns too.
