@DMJ That is so true, and it is great way to argue the proper interpretation of all 3 of the Constitutional clauses (there are only 3 right? ;-) Sometimes reasoning for the proper interpretation escapes my old mind, or the sheep will not accept the truth and this "logic" often makes the light bulb go on in their heads.

I amazes me that people get into State government that do not understand the master / servant nature of the Constitution (which is the essense of nullification. This is second grade stuff after all folks.

This low level of education scares the hell out of me in our so called Representatives. They are as poorly educated as the sheeple in general. It seems like their main skill is getting elected not understanding liberty or what their jobs entail. It seems that most of them do not even have the most rudimentary skills that are required for the job.

I am afraid.... very afraid.

This is a great start. The second part is to get back to the intent of the clause to facilitate interstate commerce.

If that is possibly under the loop hole filled and unenforceable current Constitution.

Another great show Michael. Sorry I missed it live.

As far as your last comment: How can a state pass a law allowing you to exercise an Inalienable right?

I have always had a problem with this approach as a repeal of the law takes away the "right" and you realize it was only a permission after all. There are better ways to recognize rights IMHO.

Sheriff Mack continued to elaborate his points about the sheriff’s role by saying, “We’re not going to apologize for standing up for the Constitution of the United States.”

========================================

It seems like Sheriff Mack has never read nor does he understand the Constitution as right here:

http://www.sheriffmack.com/index.php/biography he admits to being an unconstitutional drug storm trooper.

Has he reformed? Or is he going to continue being a part of violating the Constitution? I for one do not trust him yet if he can not even come clean on his evil past.

And as far as I and the public know he still supports violating the Constitution.

I have a request for Sherrif Mack at his CSPOA meeting:

When you get these supposedly "good" sheriffs in a room together...

1.) Please explain to them that the war on drugs is no where authorized in the Constitution.

2.) What a person puts into their body is clearly an inalienable right.

3.) That their participation in this abomable war is treasonous and a declaration of war against the American people.

If you can not get this though their heads - then IMHO you have failed miserably because they then will still have no clue as to the concept of Liberty that this country was founded upon and still be the enemy of the millions of us who believe differently.

It is very clear to me that if we pretend for an instant that this bill should be used for minute..... that the entire congress and the president needs to be taken into custody by the military for the act of being terrorists that have attacked every right that every American is born with.

But hey guys we do not have to pretend! :-) The Constitution has a treason provision that even stipulates that these criminals can be executed for their treason once found guilty. Now that is a rosy picture, is it not? Let's only hope that our military takes their oath to protect the country from "domestic enemies" seriously and handles these criminals before we the people are forced to do so.

On Macks site: http://www.sheriffmack.com/index.php/biography There is a picture of him captioned: "Mack as an undercover narcotics agent" - as if he were proud of it.

That would be like a German proudly putting up a picture of him self as an SS officer.

Has this man reformed? Does he recognize there is nothing in the Constitution giving the Feds the power to control what we put into our bodies?

Does he realize that there is nothing in the concept if liberty that would allow a person to destroy another's life for doing nothing harmful to another human being?

I think storm troopers that lock their fellow men in rape cages need locked in them themselves.

How does Sheriff Mack feel about his wayward evil ways? Or does he even recognize how evil what he did was?

Hey Michael

Delete this later if you want.....

You were looking for people to run city/county chapters. I am not up to

that for various reasons but would love to be the go to/ right hand guy for

a city/county admin for this area.

Thanks and God bless. (do they say that in CA? :-)

You are getting better with the Eastern and Pacific times. But I got here an hour early got involved in something else.(as we do when we multitask on the Internet)

And it is now 3 hours past the start time and the show is over. Is there not a pre-written Java app that could beep or something and let people know the show is going to start? Or make it self starting if you have the page open?

Maybe I am just a retard but this is about the 3rd show I have missed in this way.

Thanks

Joe

Michael may I suggest you listen to the sherrif coalition before you interview them. I doubt that most of them have read the Constitution much less understand it and the concepts of liberty.

A few seemed to be very much in support of the unconstitutional and anti-freedom war on drugs. I wonder what other usurpations of liberty that they also support.

It should be apparent to anyone with a brain that this is just another federal power grab into an area that they have no business.

Why has no one brought out that CCW permits are an abomination against the inalienable right of self defense to begin with? (If the second amendment prohibits federal interference with this inalienable right then does not logic tell us that it is wrong for a state to interfere with this inalienable right?)

Can you not see where the slippery slope will lead if the feds get control?

For starters they will claim the right to do the licensing. They will determine the cost, the requirements and more. You can be damn sure they will expand the unconstitutional prohibited possesor list.

You are on the no fly list? No CCW! You get behind on your child support? No CCW! (Besides losing your passport as it now exists) Have an anti government web site? No CCW? Too many speeding tickets? No CCW!

Is this the reason the soverign states formed the federal government? To regulate our God given inalienable rights?

@purple_persuader

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Purple I agree with your statement one. I did not say anything contrary to what you said.

In statement two I agree that there is no power delegated to handle spiritual matters. That could imply a state supported church.

I did not say that - I said there is no seperation of church and state which means that the supreme court may have the 10 commandments on the wall and that congress may say a prayer before each session. The founders did all of this. To have it otherwise would be a violation of the 1st amendment and the free exercise there of. If congress decided not to have the prayer or the supreme court decided to take down the 10 commandments that would be their call but they can not be prohibited from doing so. Again that is the particular individuals right to the free exercise of their beliefs. There was pray at the Constitutional Convention by Ben Franklin I think you will agree.

On point #3 Where is Gods name did you see me write anything about sin? The reason we instituted government was to protect our God given Inalienable rights. Yes there are Christians that legislate morality when it does not pertain to protecting ones rights. I find the behavior of these so called christians despiscable and in violation of both mans law and Gods law.

I challenge anyone to find where int the Constitution that the supreme court was delegated the power to rule on the Constitutionally of Federal laws. (I smell a rat and a power grab.)

I would just nullify the supreme court decision to let them know where my state stands. ;-)
