I like stuff but I like Spurs more
Thanks TD! I just do whatever's asked of me and try to help put our team in the best position to come out victorious.

@Mike ProjectSpurs @BorisAlessandri his response would probably be something like, "This is video game right? We got to do this in a video game.. are you kidding me? In a VIDEO GAME WE GOT TO DO THIS??! A Video Game!!?

The Spurs battle cry for this season is :
Every Spurs game
That's what I would put on the board if I were POP

Yup. The Spurs basically jettisoned him into "free agency scrap heap space"

Like they say, one teams trash is going to be another teams trash
I can see Maggette being with the Spurs in some other capacity. Maybe he'll be groomed for a different position within the organization

When Splitter and Ginobili were paired together on the second unit, a couple seasons back, they were wreckin' shop! Even when TJ Ford was here, they (Ford/Splitter) had their fair share of connections. Having a roll guy dive to the basket for easy deuces puts pressure on the defense and gives the player the confidence that they're getting opportunities to contribute on the offensive end. What I like about Ayers is that he has both a soft touch around the rim and/or could finish with authority if need be.

no NBA offense is immune to scoring doldrums. Maggette getting to line is a great way to produce points if shots aren't falling. Equally as important as getting cheap buckets is the duality of getting into the bonus and getting players into foul trouble. That alone is a good enough reason to sign him as the 15th man, but in all actuality we all know he'd be the no. 9-12 guy

the over/under on the Mavs is 46 and im taking the under. If no 41 can get more than 41 wins, can it get them in the playoffs... maybe. Im looking at Minnesota to be the 8, but the Mavs could possibly eek in and that wouldn't surprise me
5 months ago on Mark Cuban: Mavs will be a surprise team
We were playing a drinking game at the scrimmage. Every time Maggette got to the line you had to drink. Every free throw he took you had to drink. For every missed free throw you had to drink for 8 seconds. Since I had my 2y.o. son with me, Sprite was my beverage of choice
Ayres looked good yesterday, but it was a glorified 5vs5 drill. Looks like Patty Mills switched from Fosters to Fosters lite over the summer break. Tiago looked more fluid with his movements - as fluid as it could get for him - when he put the ball on the floor which was very surprising. Duncan looked slimmer than he did last year. Actually, the whole team looked like they dropped their BMI. They all must have ingested a tapeworm after the Finals

I did the "the Incline" in Manitou Springs near Pikes Peak two years back and that thing is NO JOKE!!! Great experience and a scenic view! Get there early and take a camelback

Without a doubt the Spurs would crush them in 5. Yes CaBron James is in his prime but he's at or near his ceiling. There's nothing else he could do to get better (maybe 90% from the FT line). And the ONLY thing "Taken" in that Liam Neeson sequel was both my TIME and MONEY!!!
