@Medvjed004  Maybe the Referee had too much Stolichnaya or didn't know the rules or he had money on the other team. LOL. Moral of the story, don't watch KHL games.

@DaveLiebs  I totally agree with you. One more season in the Juniors and Duclair will be ready for stardom in the NHL. Now he is still not strong enough to absorb the daily punishment dished out in the NHL.

Kevin, You Hit it on the head commenting  that Montreal was the better team. They were faster, hungrier and wanted to win more then the Rangers. While Zuccorello is one of my  favorite, I'm beginning to get down on him, he needs to put the puck on the net more often with all the chances hi gets. Right now he couldn't hit  a bulls ass with a shovel if his tail was lifted up. I expect a lot more from Zucc.

I also think that most of the team just did not show up.We  have to play a lot better then then this if we want to make the playoffs. This just doesn't cut it!!!!!!!!  A boring performance. It is disappointing when you wait all day for the game  to start and you're getting poor performance like this . They should be over that.

@DP_Snotty  Jus like to express my honest opinion, that's all DP. You like to do the same I.m sure. Duclair does not belong to the big league just yet and it is evidence by his play. He does have the potential to be a solid NHL player but he needs seasoning, maturing and buildup his body. If you like to beet me up for expressing my honest opinion, go ahead and go at it.I'm a big boy and can take it.

While I vehemently disagree with you on Duclair being the most dynamic player on the Rangers this season, IMO. he did not embarrass himself on the ice but he was ions away from dynamic. I do agree with him being in the lineup against Montreal if only because he is native of that city. It just show you the class of AV to understand and be thoughtful enough to put the kid in the lineup knowing how important to Duclair to play against his former idols. Besides, Malone did not exactly set a world on fire while playing.

IMO. The acquisition of AV was the very best by the Rangers since Mike Keenan in '93. The guy is a solid tactician and a true gentleman to boot.

@BleedingBlue @scrangersfan I guess you're correct, I' v been watching hockey for only 50 years so what the F--k do I know. For the record, I was not talking about fill in. I was stating that if you think Girardi as so bad then  Staal should be and should have been on the first line all along not Girardi. Then again I guess I have no right to my opinion, so please except my apologies.

@genetics73 @LennoxHillMarketing @Cally11 Though I'm not a huge fan of Girardi, I would take him over Boyle in a heart beet. I would like to see Girardi be more physical but the fact is not all good players are Physical. Case in point, Brian leatch. He was not known for his physicality but IMO. he was the best D man in Rangers history. Harry Howell is another one comes to mind.

@Say my Name @gravey94 @RangersAndRadio  For what it's worth, IMO if Nash was producing in the playoffs like he is now, the outcome would have been the Rangers in 5 instead LA. So I don't think we are that far away, just a little tweaking here and there and we're there.

@SmellyKisio  Forget about Duclair, after 10 games he'll be back at Juniors where he belongs. He need more seasoning before he is ready for the majors. Team have plenty of forwards, no need to rush him. Maybe next year or the year after.

St Louis and Kreaider should be switched. That would keep the chemistry between Nash and STL. and would add size to the Beassard line.

Instead Glass, my choice to come out of the lineup would be Duclair. I think as I have all along that the kid need's more seasoning and maturing before he is ready to compete against man. I do think though that in time the guy is going to be a very good NHL player but in the short term, he would be better off playing back in the juniors.

@ATCRyan Unfortunately,NY Rangers hockey usually is to make the apposing goalie look like a vezina candidate. At least the last couple years anyway. We need a couple of real snipers  who can put the puck in the net like Nash is so far this year.
