I couldn't agree more, Amanda! When we made a senior hire earlier this year, I was particularly impressed by glowing reviews on LinkedIn and elsewhere from those he had managed in a previous role. Great advice

@heartprivacy Yup, and you're really important to us (see my answer to your comment below). Other cities high on the list based on # of users: Austin, Dallas, Seattle, Portland (+ Atlanta). Any others you'd recommend I take a closer look at?

@heartprivacy I know and I'm working on it - we're coming as fast as we can! Because cities are so involved, we have 1 FT person inside the Muse focused on each one. Our first five people are tackling five cities (NYC, SF, Chicago, Boston, DC) which were chosen based on # of Muse users in each one, but we're adding 3-4 more cities this fall and Atlanta is near the top of my list. When that happens, I might ask for your suggestions of good companies to talk to
@iGMarie Thanks for the feedback. We haven't been able to really expand to the Seattle area yet, but rest assured, we're coming!

I know this is no surprise to some of you on the Muse team, but my teenage dream was to be Sydney Bristow in Alias - a brilliant, unflappable, ass-kicking international secret agent. I like to think I get to use some of that sass in my current role :)

I'm addicted to chia seed pudding these days! 1 can of coconut milk + chia seeds + a dash of maple syrup or honey, stir and leave in the fridge for two hours to set. Delicious! Top with a scoop of jam for extra sweet awesomeness :)

I went to an event recently where everyone was asked to share one thing that had happened recently they were really proud of, and one big challenge they were facing. We heard from someone who was publishing a book and someone who was helping a parent find work after a long period of unemployment; someone who had just found funding for their nonprofit and someone else who was at a complete personal crossroads. The vulnerability around challenges helped us all connect, and we enjoyed celebrating each other's successes. I only knew two people there when I arrived, but I came out feeling like we were all friends!
