James Harden wouldn't help our defense.

He's also rich. Lil B's music is terrible, but he knows exactly what he's doing. He's quite possibly the most successful troll outside of Skip Bayless.

I wish you'd just go away.
That's beside the point. He only wanted to be involved in the Kings front office if the franchise moved to Seattle; he could've lived in LA during the offseason in those circumstances as well. If he doesn't want to live in Sacramento for half of the year, I really doubt he's gonna want to live in OKC.
When the team has been fully healthy we've had a top 5 offense. And the defense has been elite the past couple years using the same offensive system. The problems right now are due to effort, not a broken system.
Probably because we went on to reach the finals that year so you forget about it. People were panicking just as badly back then, same with last season. I'm not saying that there aren't potential issues, but we've seen this story before and the team has always responded.

You realize we've had a top 5 offense for three years in a row right? We're not losing games right now because of issues with the offense.
In our 2012 finals season we had a 6-5 stretch in March and were 8-7 in the month of April before the playoffs started, including a 3 game losing streak.
This roster would attract anyone looking for a job, it would all be a matter of how much we were willing to pay them. The issue with Phil Jackson, besides pay, is that he wants complete control of basketball operations; I doubt that's something Presti is willing to give up. I skis highly doubt he wants to live in Oklahoma.
It kind of puts things in perspective. The Heat and Pacers have both lost three games in a row, but there doesn't seem to be anyone around here claiming that they're no longer legit contenders. Meanwhile we're acting like the sky is completely falling when it comes to our Thunder. I'm not saying there's no reason to be concerned, but it is worth remembering that titles aren't won in March.
While I tend to agree with you, it's worth remembering that the team wasn't exactly tearing it up towards the end of the 2012 regular season, only to push it into an entirely different gear once the playoffs started.
If we remain healthy and don't make the finals I think Presti starts to consider firing Brooks. I mean Presti was ready to let Brooks walk after we made the finals in 2012, if it hadn't been for KD reaching out.
If we don't come out focused tomorrow then there are serious issues and reason for concern.
I don't think that's what he said at all...
That's what I'm curious to see. In all of these losses they've built ~15 point leads, only to become extremely sloppy on both ends of the court. I knew Thabo and Perk provided value, but I didn't imagine we'd fall off anywhere close to this bad without them. Tomorrow's game will be very telling.

That's awful optimistic. You realize we're 3-4 since the All-Star break right? I'm gonna need to see a complete game against someone other than Philly before I think this team has any shot to get close to 9-1 over the next 10.
Is Tramel the type of guy that would have any sort of inside info about Brooks losing the locker room? I like to think Tramel is an idiot and never really knows what he's talking about, however the team does seem to look different; it doesn't look right. I really hope yesterday's loss was the wake up call they needed.

You just sound dumb at this point. Brooks has his deficiencies, but what is he not doing now that's caused us to be down 18?
We still positive that Perk brings nothing of value to this team?
