Caron Butler has been getting into game shape since he's been here. Today was the first time I've seen him do anything meaningful off the dribble since coming to OKC

get fat old perkins out of the game
I think KD really did want the streak to end. It's a lot of weight off of his shoulders, and we all know KD's at his best when he's letting it fly without thinking. I feel bad for the Clippers.

Tonight was frustrating, but the kind of frustrating you can see coming from a mile off. Hungry team vs. coasting team. The clippers game is the game we should be paying attention to.

Caron may in fact be bad at everything
I'm pretty worried we're going to get another anxious game from KD. I hope he can get the 25 early, so that he can do some grim reaping when the game is inevitably close at the end.
Butler, it's called a 2-for-1

Wow, Reg, wow
@thelaughingwiseman @Stephen Jackson is not about this spelling @Di_Charden Absolutely, it's all extrapolation. If one assumes that Shaq is the ultimate example of physical supremacy in the modern era, then I think it's not crazy to assume that Wilt (based on their comparatively poor FT shooting), would have topped out at something around what Shaq did offensively. Shaq's numbers are fantastic, but they're not inhuman.
2 weeks, 5 days ago on Durant drops 31 as the Thunder crush the Jazz, 116-96
@Di_Charden @Stephen Jackson is not about this spelling I think it depends on how you want to define greatness. Michael Jordan would have been the best player in the league in any era. Wilt dominated because he was so physically superior in his era. In today's era he might simply be Dwight Howard. We, as fans, like stats because they tell us when someone is the best ever at something. Stats say that Wilt was the best scorer ever, when it's unlikely he would ever have averaged 30 in today's game.
Wilt chamberlain records shouldn't be compared to anyone else. When a center can average 50 ppg and 48+ minutes a game, that isn't the same sport that's being played today.
I'm in the semi-finals of my fantasy playoffs, with 300 bucks going to the winner of the league. Where things get confusing is that I'm playing against KD. If he could get his 25 but also play really poorly that would be greeeeaaaat. But of course not so poorly that we lose.

Anyone have film of Serge's block?
How is the MVP race "razor thin"? You could make the argument that the "best player in the league" margin is razor thin (either direction), but the caliber of season Durant has had as been clearly the best so far this year.

What's our record when Roberson plays before garbage time? Seems like it must be good.

I love roberson
@Tvaddic Only Mark Eaton, Kareem, Mutombo, and potentially Serge would have ever done that 4 times (consecutive or not), and only he and Mutombo would have done it consecutively. That's a big deal.
