@Medvjed004 Staal has not been the same since his brother took him out. I believe his eye is not perfect either...Send him to Carolina with his brothers.....

I said this before....Hank is exposed! No more blocking shots for him as before. Torts system made Hank look great at the expense of his teammates. Now Hank sees more shots and seems not comfortable handling it. All we need is another 2 players and a serviceable goaltender like Talbot to win. No need to blow our cap on just Hank.
9 months ago on Vigneault Won't Commit to Lundqvist Starting on Monday
I think that maybe Hanks contract demands are maybe a little too much and they want to show Hank that he can be replaced with a serviceable goalie. But then again, this could be AV himself....Vancouver redux?

How about the over paid Stepan? It seems that we always over pay for middle of the road talent and over hyped players. The Rangers I'm afraid are doomed for the next few years. We need to unload some players......but who will partner with us for a trade? No team wants what we got!

@shoot_the_goalie @xanadu61 That's for sure....
They deep sixed Nash.......They don't even discuss him anymore. Like he doesn't exist. hell......he didn't even go to the game with the rest of the injured players. His melon must really be cracked.
APB.......anyone seen Richards tonight? on second thought.....anyone seen any talent out there?
I for one hope they wait to the end of the year to sign him to a LTC. Let's see what he does as the team is not playing defensive hockey like it was under Torts. So far Hank looks like Swedish cheese.

If this keeps up......Fire AV and hire Mess. He couldn't do any worse?

I hate to admit it, but Torts was right in his defensive scheme. These guys are a bunch of talent- less dummies.
@calithirteen @xanadu61 @johnnyb3910 I have the right to judge his toughness considering I'm a fan and help pay his salary. I am entitled to have my opinion and I really find you ignorant to keep up with your derogatory attacks on me. Grow up.
10 months, 1 week ago on What Happens to Nash's Cap Hit If He's Out Long Term?
@calithirteen @johnnyb3910 @xanadu61 Then with your expertise concerning concussions...after the 1st one.....you really need to retire...because the 2nd one is going to be worse and so on......These players know the risk and the reward. They should put a clause in their contracts that say if concussed, don't expect to sue the league or get paid. That should put an end to cheap shots. But back to the point......Nash should just hang it up under your expertise?
@johnnyb3910 @calithirteen @xanadu61 Step open ice hit was worse than Nash's hit. I witnessed Gabby take harder hits than Nash and get up and play.
@calithirteen Plus, over the years the players are well protected from the previous years of banging, hard checking and not to mention no helmets. The new generation of hockey players are soft in general, with the exception of the few who can take the hit and deliver it.
@calithirteen @xanadu61 If you looked at the replay of the hit....it was not that hard. His head hit the glass and we all know those partitions have a lot of give in them plus he had his helmet on. Geez, I've seen worse hits and the guy is back on the ice.
Nash was always a soft player for his size.
