Hate to pump my own startup here... but if you have a seed round and cant afford a recruiter, use bointy, we look for people you/your employees already know who are looking for a job.. and we have a free version that has gotten a few companies good engineers already. (Our corp version is so much better at it.. i digress). I hate hearing how seed stage startups have to spend ~10k on a hire to pay for recruiters, spend your money executing!
