I was so excited to find this post! It is incredibly lame and self-limiting to use a theme that omits all the resources shown in the sidebar. Unfortunately, installing your download into the Twenty Eleven theme folder of WP installation (latest version, 3.2.1) broke it, so I had to revert to the lame original.

Is there an updated version of your fixes available?
