Playing for the Mob & Brothers in Exile sound real interesting. I won't be watching any of the films starring the usual suspects we always seem to get such as New York teams, over-exposed celebrities i.e. Brian Bosworth, Randy Moss, etc. or schools like U of Miami.

Why does ESPN think that anyone in the audience is interested that Stephen A. Smith "has a deeper appreciation of our company values?” All the audience of this show wants is to watch Stephen A. & Skip argue like an old married couple.

Tell us again, ESPN, how there is no East Cast bias. C'mon. Tell us. Maybe we'll buy it this time.

That's really bad. Isn't that Journalism 101 - Know who you are talking about? I hope most of them corrected themselves later after they were deluged with the inevitable tweets pointing out their mistake.

Great. A movie about the dumbest 'sporting' event of all time, starring my least favorite actor.

@chase w Matt's point, and I agree with it, is not that CBS showed the crying kids, it's that that showed them way too much. It got to the point where I was getting uncomfortable with it, like I was staring at the child in public.

Thank you. I've saying the same thing about baseball broadcasts for years. We get a shot of someone who's wearing a ridiculous costume that has nothing to do with either team and clearly designed just to get them on TV, and then they switch back to the game just in time to see the next pitch already half way to the plate. Very irritating!

I, along with a lot of other people whose teams aren't in the playoffs this year, have adopted the Pirates as my Team-To-Cheer-For for the 2013 playoffs. I am stunned to find out what I missed. And I would love to hear the powers-that-be at TBS try to explain the decision making process behind this debacle.

I've never liked the courtroom segment. It slows down the flow and energy of the program, and, usually, Mark May seems to take it personally when the 'Judge' Davis rules against him and start sulking and sputtering. Now, it's spreading to Lou Holtz. Time to take this segment behind the woodshed and put it down.

ESPN is just the latest mega-corporation that was different, edgy & controversial while they were building their brand, and has become fat, lazy & conservative now that their brand is established. They don't want to do anything that might diminish their place in the market, so they don't do anything out of the ordinary. It looks like FS1 has forced them out of their comfort zone like no other upstart rival network has been able to before.
