@brigidE Thankyou, you're very Kind!
@ronenbekerman Yes I agree about everything you say. I will add the blue night sky, and some blue areas in the cliffs as ambient light.
In this case there are no people living in the oposite cliff , but I thought the same you did. I really would need time to models those things, i'll try this week, and lets see where i get...
Thanks for coments.

huu very nice, the blacksmith is great. THe warm lights , the cold blues and the super blacks are very good.

Hi!! nice dusk!! I love dusk and/or dark images. Yes! push the contrasts, the warm colors has great effect in dark cold evironments. May be you can put something in the empty part of the yard. a fontain for example, just an opinoin mate! Very very nice shot. Good luck!

Hi thanks, for comments. @Christian: I have imagined that the acces to this "village", would be by water, from below. At first i planned 4 images for this entry, and i'd use all them to tell one story. In fact this image would be a secondary, or extra one, just to show different mood, dark -cold one. In this case i started to work in post with this one, and there are some missing parts in this story. For example the entrances are supposed to be 2 small piers, made with wood, and floating on cilindrical tanks, which due to the mist and darknes are almost invisible in at this pov. I think i should put some torches with fire there... The same happens with the walkways, wich are better explained in other image, in which people can understand better the model.
More strong light or skylight would change the mood a lot, into another interesting mood, but i think i was looking for this darknes and black zones. I agree with the cliff highlights, will try it.
@Sdwhitton: yes, i could move the target up, losing some water... but i really do not want to move the camera back, things will be more distant and there's some modeling i should make, but is a fine comment you did.
Which i like from this pov, is that is not looking to a specific object, is like you are in a boat watching your way in the water, inside the mist, at the time you see the general scene, but no specific part.
Big problem here is the time, from those 4 images i planned, i'll have time only for two, this one, and another pov, in a summer sunset OR night, and i really havent decided yet!!, so i think i'd sacrifice a little the general description of the place. I really like the dark, contrasted moods,..and to be honest i do not want to make a sunny day option here.
Well guys thanks for your comments, suggestions, and i will try to finish on time, which got me worried. Will post the other pov, only the raw render.

@sdwhitton ho yes, i agree. Thanks
3 years ago on -People of the cliffs- some textures and daylight
@ChristianMiranda Hi, thanks for comment, about the stone, I've thought the same, but in this day light I think specularity would result on kind of "wet look" or stiky look in the dry rock, what you think?
In POV or cam angle, yes i agree, but you could mean that i'd better use a vertical image, so i can show water and sky? and give notion of height... uff.. I really do not what to do in pov matters. I'll post a selection of different cams so you and others could give me opinion, 'cause i'm lost here. Thanks a lot for comments Alvaro.-
Agree, very interesting project. You have a lot to model!!.
I really like the wood pier with the fishing net, I'd lijke to do something like that some day in 3d!

Hi, yes that scene is wonderful. The idea is not to tray to compete with it, just take the elements, but with another mood, wich still I did not find.

Hi, thanks for the comments.
Yes, I have to add displacement during texturing stage... or may be try a normal bump. Will see.
Now i'm working on modeling and how populate those clifs with pathways, bridges, ropes, and those houses.
About adding people, i do not know if photoshop is better, or use people lowpol models, but with a costumized maps as their clothes.. should look like a tribe, a 22nd century tribe.
